Except that Liz Jones when bankrupt had to be on an allowance and she is a freelance journalist so not on a payroll either. Plus she had to get back a ring she gave her niece for a wedding gift and hand it over. She has written about it extensively and her bankruptcy was certainly very different to skankys!

The trustees go through someone's finances and say what you should keep or give up. No-one is stood over the bankrupt forcing them to comply though. Liz Jones voluntarily gave the ring back. She was advised to do it and complied. It's like how KP was advised to pay 12k a month and hand the cars over, she didn't. That's the difference. If Liz Jones had not given things up or sold things as advised she'd be in the same boat as Skanky.
