What's hilarious is when you quote her words from her autobiography and her fans respond with "stop lying or believing everything you read" and when you tell them it's her own words I'm quoting, they panic and say one of the two

1) well if you don't like her, don't follow
2) you're just a troll, go away

Gosh, they are really stupid! Some are just dim and ignorant but the ones who know what she's about and defend her vigorously are dangerous. Can you imagine them in real life? *shudders*

What will happen is she'll be charged with contempt. The bankruptcy will never be dropped. She's made sure it's gone from being county court level all the way to the top with the highest-ranking Judges in the High court. Her behaviour is an affont to the legal system in the UK and they will act accordingly. She had chances early on for this not to even be an issue.
The bankruptcy is a civil case and not criminal, the No1 priority is to get the creditors money, so it's not likely a judge is going to get her into court and pick apart her behaviour in the early stages as the process is not just about her. Contempt has to be proven to a criminal standard, so one or two missed hearings wouldn't qualify. I think she's very likely to get charged now though, as she's missed a number of serious hearings and not complied with the latest undertakings. The Public exam is the last chance to try and force her to comply.
The Judges have been critical of her ( 'It doesn't take Einstien', 'no real excuse' 'The reason for her absence today is irrelevant.'etc) but we have not heard everything that will have been said in court. Whenever a Judge says these things they have to be very careful and deliberate as it could form the basis of a contempt charge, they can't just let rip and make it all personal. If they do charge her, they will give a full judgement at sentencing and all her behaviour and excuses will be laid out in detail.

As far as we know..... And yes probably not.

But so far, her cases have always been adjourned as she's given over money or "cars" (obviously not yet).

My point was more she'd do anything to avoid the PE, so handing over a large lump sum wouldn't surprise. I'll be way more surprised if she actually turns up

Does she still have the other cars though? Have they been scrapped? After the eviction they haven't been seen so my guess is they went in the bin like everything else
