If she was selling it on OF it will have been before it was leaked ... meaning a buyer leaked it, in which case claims of revenge porn would collapse even if the buyer agreed not to make it public because they were not involved in the act or even took the picture AND she sold it. Sharing it would surely be breach of contact NOT revenge porn ... won't stop her claiming it though

We dont know for sure that she has blamed KH, I think that she would blame him wether he was involved or took it or knew nothing about it at all just to get at him

I think he can be rehabilitated if she is cut off from him.

Either Kieran or Pete you bleep get the blame for everything. And trying to blame Pete you bleep for this 1 is a stretch too far even for her 🤣
But I do think this is another great example of Pete doing absolutely the right thing by having zero contact with the mad witch.

I'm replying to this from the other thread. No I don't think she is going to pay back 4 million, not sure where you get that impression. I said the bankruptcy is not somehow going to be 'struck off', it won't just fizzle out without any consequence. There is a legal process and it's being followed. If she ends up being prosecuted a proceeds of crime order might well be made. If they fail to get any money out of her at all she might well be jailed, justice will be done to some degree. Mental health doesn't get people off prison if prison time is warranted it can only mitigate a sentence.
The judge said KP had 'no real excuse' for non-attendance.....that demonstrates her mental health can't even get her off a court appearance let alone a criminal conviction.

I agree with you that it should be prison for her, but they will have to find conclusive proof of wrong doings for this to happen. I have my doubts they ever will. Mental health problems won’t get her off, but will lessen any outcomes. I think we mostly agree she probably doesn’t have the problems she says she has, but there are plenty she keeps hidden away.

If none of the above happens the bankruptcies will just all be written off, maybe a few financial conditions will be applied to her.
The next few months are crucial, let see what happens. I still have a strong feeling she is never going to appear at a public examination whenever it takes place.
The legal system can be manipulated, just as an example take a look at what Ernest Saunders, one of the Guinness four got away with a few years ago.

I hope you are correct about the outcome, and I am wrong, has I’m continually fed up reading about her antics, and what she gets away with, but I have come across some conniving people in my time and she is one of the best

Dolly I know what you mean but in a way I really hope she doesn't turn up on Monday because this time she would definitely be arrested and jailed for contempt of court, there's no wiggling out of this one after what the judge instructed her to do which she agreed to, nothing.
So she's either turning up and won't that be fun or she won't turn up, get arrested and won't that be fun too!! ;):LOL:

Back at school for Jett isn’t straightforward. He has just finished Year 6 (age-wise) and should therefore be starting senior school in September.
That’s a challenge for many 11 year-olds, let alone one who’s been out of school for as long as he has been, even if there were some odd days back in at the end of this last term.

My house has a semi-amusing name whereby people say WTF and I have to spell it out for clarity. I really shouldn't ramble on due to anonymity and don't want to bore y'all. I am only slightly 'well-known' in my city. (Yawn) but lived here all my life.

That's good, new school fresh start. I hope he has sufficiently caught up with his school-work and doesn't need to be kept back a year.
