KH's input into family court must have played a role in them being removed from her.

So KH is to blame for her losing the MM and the kids - according to her of course!
She's likely been planning some sort of revenge on him throughout this time and grabbed this opportunity with both hands.

This way she gets to have revenge on KH which she's probably obsessing about on a daily basis whilst protecting the identity of the blackmailer and not getting herself into any further shite lol.

In order to arrest someone you have to have a reason, such a preventing a further crime or to preserve evidence, there have to be a necessity for the arrest.

In this case it would likely be preserve evidence and hence taking computers etc.

Previously KH has been voluntary interviewed - the police have asked him to come to the station at a mutually convenient time so that he can be interviewed under caution. In this case there is no necessity to arrest. If you decline, you can create a necessity to arrest.

This is normally not at a custody centre more an interview suite. It's often referred to as a voluntary interview but is still under caution.

You need to read how things are reported, so helping with enquiries would be a Voluntary Interview. Arrested would actually be taken into police custody.

If this is KH it doesn't mean that there is evidence against him right now, it's means they've a necessity to arrest and can search for the evidence - however you'd need a warrant for this too.

This literally stinks (sorry, not sorry) of KFP and making false accusations against KH once again.

Well it's not just her kids she's harming, she's creating havoc for Peter and Emily's kids and Kieran's son with Michelle and Michelle's older boy too. Every time she attacks P or K in the press or fakes allegations ending in arrest those kids will feel the upset and uncertainty caused. She's a bleep and needs serious jail time to sort her out, but like a virus she keeps mutating and surviving to cause more harm.

I agree, if he was going to play tit for tat he could have done this long ago ... I dont put it past her to tell the police she thinks its down to KH though because she is always out to get him. I really hope it's NOTHING to do with him, because if he was the pooer and took the picture admitting that to the police won't go down well, despite the fact it appeared a concensual act (tissues in hand and posed).

Just a theory...but what if KP or a 'sauce' close to her sent the poo story to CDAN, so that's where the blind item came from?
I've no idea how Enty/ CDAN would vet potential sauces.
