Possibly Reflexology...?

When I demobbed from the RAF I needed counselling for PTSD.
The councsellor taught me about various pressure points and relaxation techniques.
There is a pressure point in the centre of the palm which when pressed/massaged is supposed to help with anxiety/stress.

Personally didn't work for me, but if people believe it and get some benefit from it, who am I to judge.

Edit: haven't seen the pics of Skank yet. I'm going by the ones of SB.
 
She's really milking this for her pap shots...the arrest, leaving the house to go to court waving. She clearly isn't taking this seriously in the slightest, as far as she is aware, it's just another drama and a way to make ££££s :mad:

I can't believe she's turned up to court in that JYY horror and with trainers on! I had a misspent youth, was a proper terror in my teens and twenties and appeared before magistrates a few times. I always wore smart clothes! It's a sign of respect to the court, which would explain why Skanky isn't dressed appropriately. The scrubber.

I can remember we had one local judge who sent people home to get changed or made them go to the nearby high street to get a shirt and tie from the charity shop! He took no nonsense in his court.
