All I saw was the moustache. She looks like Poirot.

She really is an arrogant piece of tit, who the hell acts so disrespectful in court, sitting like a ten year old, AND allowed to get away with it. She is so smug she knows whatever she does she,s gonna get away with it. If she was supposed to pay the 25k within a certain time limit and pass the cars over but does not surely that is contempt or will that be ignored as well ?

That car she was pictured getting in - it was a VW Beetle convertible - albeit a different colour to the one she had that was once pink, then wrapped to become purple. Could it be the same one, that she's had altered?
Also, where was she filmed at that point? I thought she said no one knew where she lived and it didn't look like where we believe the new rental to be.

Thats made me feel better shes got a history of not paying.....anybody hence her long list of creditors

She has been told as condition of her bail that she must attend public examination on the 27th and all other court hearings, bail wont just evaporate ifcshe doesnt show up everytime now and provide the paperwork stipulated it wont just be a few hours in a police cell ... I dont care wether the hearing us remote or not, the point is that it will be public and she cant escape everyone knowing the truth. She won't be able to answer the questions about the money anyway because it's been years and years of tax fraud / money laundering ... it seems obvious to me she cant fill in the forms without incriminating herself ... despite saying she has complied with the court all that has been complied with is an attachment of earnings order that she cant interfere with because the money is taken before it gets to her. Plus, i think that the cheeky witch just wants the court to pay for legal representation because she doesn't see why she should spend her own money - in her mind they are already taking 40% of her earnings off her so they should cover it ... acquiring legal representation is her problem, not the courts because they ate happy for her to represent herself in a civil case ... lets see where she stands when it turns criminal shall we. Its far too late in the day for legal representation to get her off the hook ... especially since her non compliance over YEARS led to the engagement of forensic accountants ... she can wriggle all she likes, the hook is in her fishy mouth, she is not going to get free, all she is doing is making it hurt more.

She’s not on bail any more? The warrant was cancelled.

@Ming im.hoping they will make sure she pays the 25k and surrenders her cars cant see her gwletting away with it and where are the cars wheres she hidden them

I don't think the judge was a push over, nor did he over rule the BH judge ... this was a bail hearing, the terms of bail were spelled out to her ... she is on bail, not free if she breaks her bail conditions she will be arrested again and held ... the cars, £25k etc are the realm of the BH ... if she doesn't attend on 27th without a reason accepted in advance by the court she will be arrested again and charged with contempt of court ... and, if she hasn't paid the £25k / handed the vehicles over, the BH on the 27th will charge her with contempt of court ... she hasn't got away with anything

She isn’t on bail, the warrant was withdrawn when she gave undertakings in respect of the bankruptcy. If she breaches those undertakings she is in contempt of court.
