Firstly, has anyone mentioned Maxi Me’s similarity to Miss Trunchball? Because that’s what I see every. Time. I. Look. At. Her. Face. (Sorry I seemed to have a punctuation malfunction there).

Also, I’ve been thinking about Skanky’s likelihood of bad outcomes - the patient is a 46 year old heavy snow addict and frequent drinker (amongst who knows what other pharmaceuticals), who has a poor diet, does no exercise and has recently undergone dramatic, sudden and extremely quick weight loss. She also vapes heavily. Would a physician in this country carry out elective surgery on a patient with this description? I have deliberately omitted the multiple prior procedures because I am curious if this patient profile alone would not cause a surgeon to pause/refuse?

Also, I didn’t see anyone comment but she’s back on the short nails again, is she undergoing more drug testing? I can’t remember whether or not she’s gone with short nails for surgery before, does anyone else recall?

She wouldn’t divulge the , but one would presume an ECG would be part of the assessment as well as routine bloods such as full blood count, U&E”s liver function . If she’s been drinking for a fairly heavily for a prolonged period the liver function might be abnormal. However it will be lack of aftercare, and her poor adherence to advice which could signify more risk. Continued vaping will compromise healing, her skin is already pulled and thin , as someone else said lots of old scar tissue to cut through, including the scar tissue at that Cupids bow with the repeated frequent injections of filler. She wouldn’t admit to the ozempic/mounjaro/ weygovy.
so as she would lie on her assessment about lots of things so I think they would take her word and not think she is as risky as she actually is.

That’s horrifying, how many people who travel a fair distance are likely to be completely honest with these clinics? Especially if they are from the Skanky school of, I want to say … thought, but you know what I mean. She is just a surgery away from potential catastrophe. Is she having her teeth done before or after the surgery? If she has it before, a surgery within so little time along with all the other issues, could it send her body into shock? Probably not, for her body, being post-op has become pretty standard over the last few years. She seems to have had a facelift for almost every year of her 40s!!

I'm still trying to get my head round that story in the Fail (or somewhere) from somebody who was treated at the same clinic (before the rebranding) and being left in a cellar/basement, etc.

You have to wonder if LegoLad is actually capable of looking out for her if the VIP treatment isn't post-op too and also... Where is Harvey???

ETA I honestly cannot get my head round taking Harvey with her when she has gone for major surgery. Best muvva evaa huh? Mind-blowing FAIL. Her family and "friends" haven't put a stop to this crap. I hope they have sleepless nights for years to come.

She's also had the extensions out, maybe because this face lift is going to involve stuff around the hairline? it's weird the clinic might be cut price bodgers but she's got short nails and hair as if following instructions ( for once!)

i know we all want the police to be at the airport when she lands and to drag her away but as the warrant was issued by the bankruptcy court is it a criminal offence as i thought the bankruptcy court was civil(or as she as not turned up as it gone on that she as now committed a criminal offence which now means she as only made it worse for herself)if it is a criminal offence as soon as she shows her passport it should show there is a outstanding warrant for her arrest and she should be held until the police get there to arrest her

Very good info from schmooze ( as always) but I don't think KP will arrange anything. As HG tudor said in that video he did. She won't relinquish control. Once she gets arrested and taken to that court a judge is going to tell her some truths and she isn't in control anymore. This is the big denial that she clings on to, I think her head will more or less explode if she gets stood in front of a judge and they state the facts of what she's done!

I think it's still civil but it's very serious, on a level with criminal charges as she can get sent to prison for up to 2 years if charged with contempt.

Why can’t she keep a house in a decent condition, it’s shocking the state she left the MM and the grounds of the house in, why does she love living in squalor and muck. Basically they’ll cut and tuck anything you like.
Like some other posters have said - she’s a terrible candidate for more surgery for multiple reasons but they’ll still carve her up like a Christmas turkey…in Turkey.

If you were looking for a reputable clinic abroad would you choose to go there? I guess they rely on the brain dead followers going there trying to look like their idol
