I don't think it's realistic for her offences though even though she's had multiple.....she hasn't crashed or injured anyone in these latest offences, so I would think not enough for jail......although I would love it to happen!

if she is already on a ban and was caught driving that is a serious offence. also with the ADHD diagnosis she bought(I think from what read here); you cant drive with ADHD as in no licence. im not sure how bad your ADHD has to be to lose your licence, but her 'worst case ever the doc had seen' would mean she would have her licence revoked. she could be in quite a bit of trouble over driving for what seems minor things but someone with a ADHD diagnosis thats like having a weapon in hand.

I can’t remember who so apologies for not crediting you, but a wise Krustie said she does these treatments (hair,nails,lashes,lips,etc) on repeat partly because it feeds her vanity and she genuinely thinks it enhances her beauty, though everyone else sees it as baubles on a mutant. But also she has a constant series of people paying attention to her, listening to her, saying ‘yes’, validating her, giving her a supply. It’s pathetic and tragic really, she’s like a lonely bloke paying for hookers thinking he’s a sex god.

But other people have been jailed for refusing to name the driver though so why wasn't she? If you are the registered keeper of a car it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY to know who is driving your car, and you cannot just claim you didn't know. It is an offense not to provide the name and address of the driver if you claim it wasn't you, saying I don't know who was driving is NOT acceptable!
