once you get into the realm of multiple offences for the same thing the punishments start getting a lot harsher. what you want to see from the courts when its case its up is them referring to the probation service for pre sentencing reports instead initially fining/banning. this is when the possibility of jail is realistic.
She knows full well how the law works and that is part of the problem - I thinks she is getting a little more help than we realise.

How is she not on an automatic ban already no licence no insurance ffs and why so long to go to court bet shes been ignoring letters as usual she needs at least a 5 year ban and both time with no insurance the car should of been towed away was it SB car or hers she just flouts all laws and thimks she can do what she likesher driving record is a disgrace
But on at least one of those occasions she was stopped by police while driving so she can hardly say she wasn't then could she ) when the car was impounded). If the speeding one was a camera she could try and claim she wasn't driving but then she would have to supply the name of the person who was, and if she didn't she could be done for that too. She just pleads not guilty to waste court time and money as usual by not turning up, it's just more burying her head in the sand thinking things will go away if she ignores them.
