A Controlled Goods Agreement is where goods are technically seized, and the debtor is given the opportunity to pay the debt within a specified time to retain the goods. If the debtor does not do so, the goods may be sold by the bailiff in public auction and the money realised is passed onto the creditor.

Yes, that happened to my ex many years ago ... they priced everything up in the house (TV, STEREO etc) and he had to go this awful place and make a cash payment of a set amout every week or they would take the stuff - they were really strict, no excuses, not even a day late or that would be it and the stuff physically removed

1 they must have been inside MM to do this list
2 as they have this list can they enter MM if she is not in?

Number 2. Once they’ve been in, I believe they can go in again.


Once signed, the controlled goods agreement:

• Prohibits the debtor from selling or disposing of the goods – if he does do so, the EA can recover them from the purchaser, even if the purchaser did not know the goods were under a controlled goods agreement
• Permits the EA to re-enter at any time and as often as he needs to inspect and/or remove the goods
• Allows the EA to re-enter by force if necessary

I find it astounding that AFP is living in the motorhome but can only think it's because they had plenty warning about the bailiffs and cuntlung didn't want to risk her belongings being lifted. It wouldn't be that hard for them to clear out a room even if it was just for overnight sleeping as it is so Baltic at the moment.
The family meeting they had last year when SB was present I reckon was discussing where cuntlung and pp would live and also probably family members ie Dan took any valuable items way , handbags , jewellery, clothing etc.
I also think she knows she's going to lose the MM.

You make a very valid point, what does her husband do because it's only a little 2 up 2 down type so it shouldn't be too difficult to do with 2 wages & all the PA stuff....mind you KFP probably pays her in errrm publicity

All that money spent on training to masters level & just utilising it to be skanks keeper, I mean, she's no Kirsty is she!

Yes I named her that. In real life, she's a short midget & nearly as wife as she is tall - (well, that's a bit of fib !). And she dresses like an old 70 year old (not all 70 year olds are frumpy), crossed with an Amish county person. See what i mean:

She's said she's let bailiffs in before. High court bailiffs can get a warrant and get police to help them get in. I imagine the criteria listed below apply, so they would be able to get in, probably with police or using a locksmith.

Why don't the sun and the mirror keep the dodgy social worker story in the papers more, I mean to me that is SHOCKING that a person involved in social services has fucked those kids over. They should mention it in EVERY article they write about KP or KH so it stays fresh in the publics mind. It's absolutely disgraceful what that creature gets away with, and I know the papers can't mentio the custody case but they could keep referencing the corruption social worker

Could this be the reason for the motor home “story” ? Eg. When bailiffs turn up her mum can simply
Claim she lives on the drive and has no access to the main house might not prevent forced entry but will just be another time consuming hurdle for the authorities to deal with ! I very much doubt they are living in it seriously it’s just for show …and maybe also contains some nice jewellery and designer bags that of course belong to mother and not KP!

I swear it’s a cut and paste thing to fill up space in each article. Every single one lists the kids, ages, dads, how long married etc.

It wasn't backgrid though. I don't think it was her, as it wouldn't benefit her. What she's done to Alex has been dragged out again and it demonstrates someone can force entry and come into her house.
