I reckon all the relentless JYY/skinny food/cbd capsule selling of late is so that she has a wad of cash to present to the BH to show willing. They'll take a lump sum and a payment plan for the rest....that she'll default on and the whole sorry saga continues.

I don't think she'll be going to jail anytime soon for BH reasons. I'd say she's more likely to be jailed for further driving offences. We still never got the update that she promised following SB's motor being towed.

I agree, I don't think she'll get to offer things now. Even if she did and it was accepted other investigations could be going on and she wouldn't know if police were poking about in her accounts for fraud. They don't inform you of that, as people would try and hide things.
