I've just watched this through again (with the sound off!) and it's a fascinating new habit.

She must have seen how often she was tongue flicking to wet her teeth in the past, so now she raises her bottom lip, presumably full of spit, up to wet her top teeth.

I enlarged this and homed in on her mouth and watched pretty closely. it looked to me as though she did it ELEVEN times during this short clip, sometimes wiping her tongue across her tongue while the bottom lip was raised.

It's bizarre and she looks hideous while she's doing it.
