So in the article it says the first time they met in person she and her children were treated appallingly that's why she pulled out of being a surrogate but it also says previously the surrogate had babysat skanks kids including H,, so which is it did you only just meet skank or did you meet previously and babysit.

Just look at how she threatened the groom who she paid expenses. She reported her to police for theft and to the DWP for fraud. The benefits case went all the way to court. I agree but I also believe that she creates an atmosphere where people are losing their boundaries for example agree to take money in black or babysit while receiving benefits etc .When they're getting fed up with not being paid at all it grass them up like she did to this poor Joanna (?)

It's KP that has wasted their time, if she hasn't supplied the paperwork after nearly a month. Probably realised she didn't have it and was probably illegal to do.

You have to have a valid EPC before you can rent out a property (this isn't necessary if the owner is living in the house}. Interestingly a new EPC was made on 6thAugust 2023, barely three weeks ago, which tallies nicely with the timing for getting the MM onto the rental market.

EPC ratings run from 1 to 92+ with the legal minimum permitted for letting being 39. Skank's Shitty Shack scrapes in at 41.
