Its been a tough year, I’ve lost two close ppl in the last 5 months , my ex of 15 years killed himself in March & I’ve been very involved with helping his family redistribute his belongings & get the house ( my home for years) sale ready , it’s just coming to an end & has been heavy going . Then last night a very close friend died
& I found out this morning.

You can apply to the family court for a prohibited steps order and ask them for a court order prohibiting them from posting photos online, but you’d need to show that then doing so is risking/causing harm/safety issues, or for example, they’re using them to promote something that’s likely to effect the child later on. You wouldn’t get one just because you don’t like them posting the pictures.

Exactly. Safety, risk, harm and it would have to be significant....so not an ordinary photo of an ordinary activity as Kieran has posted. And no law at all that SS or police could use to infringe on the rights of a parent posting ordinary photos of their child.

she as nothing but the MM and i doubt she would even get a private rental agreement now in her name as most private landlords ask for reference and do a credit check and will not take anyone that are bankrupt (she is still going through bankruptcy and most landlords will not even take you after you have been discharged from bankruptcy as they can see it on your credit record for 6 years)i would think that is why every time she and Carl split(Lol)she is the one to move out and back to the MM because house they are in will be in his name(i can not wait to see were she will end up when the MM is taken i think her mothers)

Katona has to rent through her management company, due to the bankruptcies. When renting in Crowborough, the managing agent didn't know it was her moving in. But during lockdown, there were so many complaints from neighbours (happened in BOTH Crowborough properties), and unauthorised use of the property, she was given notice twice, to vacate. So KFP will be no different. Can't get credit. Unless she uses another name, her financial woe's will become apparent on any credit checks. Crawl has the upper hand again, any rental would have to be in his name on HIS terms. She's stuffed. Of course, she could ask a family member/Slimey Rymi to arrange the tenancy I suppose, but will anyone take that risk? Family especially won't, if Crawl will be living there.

I think the party she gifted for bunny has done her no favours, there were no pics of any kids there as such and surely these companies can't just keep giving their services away all the time just for a pic with a "star", (fucking hate myself now I've typed that haha).
