If you were actually putting a proper podcast together you’d have done some sort of “ script” wouldn’t you ? Subjects to cover , jokes to drop in , anecdotes that you know “ da medya” will pick up on , you’d have a run through , you’d record a few hours of material so you could edit down into the best bits, you might like the odd guest even, if anyone was desperate enough to do it ( not that you’re not both completely fascinating of course) this is literally two thick Pikeys chatting tit for 40 minutes.

Yes but what you described on how to do a proper podcast requires, erm, actual WORK and we all know that skanky doesn't like to do that!

It's just exposure innit. A numbers game, she is famous so her followers look when she promotes something. It will be way cheaper than TV ads or online ads on big websites I imagine. The companies have no integrity obviously!

The trick is, use a small rolled up towel, and press it gently but firmly in the area, as you cough or laugh.
Breath between each cough or laughing fit if you can, I know that might be slightly impossible, with the pictures we've had in the last 72hours.... but bbbreeeeaatthh flower breath lol.

Their products are junk. If people need to lose weight its not 'Skinny Food' that people should be eating, its just ultra processed junk and isn't healthy. Same with ready meal. So I'm not surprised that these companies team up KP.
