This was the police statement:

A statement said: "A 36-year-old man from the Petworth area was arrested on suspicion of possession of an imitation firearm with intent and on suspicion of child neglect on April 7.

"He was questioned and following a thorough investigation it was concluded that there was insufficient evidence to prosecute and no realistic prospect of a conviction.

"The man has been released without charge and faces no further police action in relation to this incident."

Today is a VERY GOOD day❤ Thank you DC... You always come up trumps. Now he's finally been cleared, the number of times KFP has reported him to police, is most definitely harassment & wasting police time. I really hope Kieran can take legal steps to stop this continuing. He's lost the kids because of that witch & his reputation will still be in tatters with some people. But hopefully now, he can work to being reunited properly with his children. Unfortunately, they are still with her & I know she will be furious and working on those kids to make them fearful & angry about Kieran. As I've said loads of time, she's a very dangerous, evil & spiteful person.

I've wondered whether he should speak out now in an in-depth interview about his experience, or not.

I'm not sure what I'd do. Being accused of child cruelty is one of the worst things, normally I'd say keep your business private but the allegation is so awful that I can see why he might want to speak out. Especially as the perpetrator is a public figure who is likely to get an easy ride over it

Thank the Lord for that, not that I thought there was any truth in it at all.
No wonder Skank has a face like a slapped arse.
Her nasty house of cards is finally starting to crumble.
Let's hope this news now provides the family courts with enough confidence to hand those poor kids back pronto.
KH should now have enough evidence to slap some sort of restrictions or a Gag order on that vile bleep and finally shut her up once and for all

Yes, sounds pretty conclusive...I just wondered have the other 'incidents' been cleared from police desk too, I'm guessing so but just want to be sure

I don’t think he will say anything,just a quick reply but no discussion,he will want to keep it out of papers as it will be perhaps a thing that cuntface would do.I imagine solicitor will advise.

Well, we've not heard anything about KFP's accusation about Kieran & a 'young' girl. The one she spouted to the press & likening Kieran to JS. THAT is extremely damaging & police need to bring this to a close & release a statement. I am 100% sure, because the mutant made that SO PUBLIC & it was picked up by RedTops, Kieran can actually sue the arse off her for that one, NO DOUBT AT ALL.

If he's been cleared of them all I think he should just pop a quick story up saying they've all been dropped or something like that just so the brain dead KP fans see it in black and white. As much as I'd love to hear him drag the witch through the mud, I think it's better to keep a dignified silence where that is concerned much like Pete does. But he should absolutely make clear all charges were....mendacious 🤭

Yeah that was awful. I hope that whatever standing he has lost in his community is now restored. He used to be very involved with the kids school, I'm not sure at what stage that stopped (whether it was when the young girl allegation was made, or when J&B went to live with KP).

Also reported in the Irish sun. Surely 1 of the red tops can now release a story saying the malicious old sIag made up a load of false accusations? We all know it was her.
