Well well well. I’ve just googled why an adjournment might happen and this is what came up…

14.34 Criminal Proceedings

If criminal proceedings have been instituted against the examinee, the court may adjourn the examination where it considers that to continue may prejudice a fair trial of the criminal proceedings.

I don't know what to say.... I feel like a kid that's had Christmas Day cancelled... (lower lip wobbling...)

How come she was 'mentally fit' enough to appear on GB News only three weeks ago spouting about all her new business ventures (none of which we know seem to come to fruition). She booked that plasterclass for March as if she bloody knew she'd be able to attend it. I'm feeling very despondent right now but know that I have the wealth of support knowing that we are all feeling the same.

She clearly is mentally unfit, because surely a sensible, sane person would realise that using this excuse would jeopardise her custody of the children. Which goes to show that saving her own skin from bankruptcy proceedings is more important than her kids!
 
Hi folks, i'll go start us a new thread. I may not be around much the next couple of days, though i'll keep reading on my phone. Our electrics are knackered. There's been a weird smell in the house the last few days and yesterday it became very fishy. To the point I thought Kipper had been evicted and had decided to move in with me! But it's ok, i'm relieved to say it's just a fire hazard instead. :D Anyway, i'll go get you all set up before I go. x

Thankfully not totally cancelled, but to get a court date for a whole day, could take months/years. Look how long it's taken to get her back in court this time. I know we had Covid etc, but she could keep playing the MH forever & a day. All she's doing is biding time. She knows she's in the :poop: & is a crafty b!itch. I have no doubt she's going to be jetting off soon. I just don't know how she keep's getting away with everything. She's just so arrogant. Wasn't it the last contact she about the bankruptcy on the Zoom call from Maldives or was there one after the that, I've lost count? That shows her arrogance & lack of respect for her creditors & the courts. I've really lost all hope now. To see her cocky face, pathetic posts, rants about KH etc, make's me feel despondent. Bet there will be some picture released soon, of her doing the 'peace' sign, which will be more or less 'UP YOUR'S' to the like's of us who want justice.:mad::mad::mad::mad::sick::sick::sick::sick::poop::poop::poop::poop:
