I imagine the last bit would be a problem, ie. 'proving under section 9'. How does anyone prove a dog died through neglect in her care? She will have dumped the body and made up some tale about how it happened, no-one was a witness to the actual neglect ( or no-one that is going to speak out) so that's probably why there's never any prosecution.
I wonder if photos of her unfenced, unsecured property would be evidence?

it’s such a shame they can’t see that any of her pets last very long ( the last 2 that have died, we’re only with her WEEKS) and keep escaping and getting killed, surely that history SHOULD be enough evidence. I do despair at some of these authorities. She must just bull her way constantly and they believe her.
The dog escaping could of caused an accident and people could of died, thankfully no one did, this time, but I’m so sad that poor dog died needlessly because of her laziness and neglect in looking after poor Sharon.

Just imagine if she'd looked after 5 kids alone, without support from their fathers, I'm sure she'd have killed one of them by now too.
Talk about biting off more than you can chew, can't look after her kids, despite churning them out for mag deals and coin soon as she got another bloke, one animal after another when clearly she cannot look after them properly, for insta likes and pic opportunities, a big old house that's falling apart because she doesn't keep up the maintenance. I agree with another poster who said the MM is her image as a famous "glamour model" at the top of the game, a 3 bed council house doesn't hold the same appeal for her.. WTF is wrong with her..
