She's not had 50/50 custody of the older ones for a long time I don't think. PA has the money and the back up to take her on, I don't think KH does which is why she focuses so much of her vileness there. She didn't even mention any kind of custody of the older two in her documentary, only the youngest. I think they've lived full time with PA and Emily for a long while. Who knows what happened to make that come about.
