It's very unlikely she'd be on a transplant list given her age; my mum was told that is was normally 60ish upper limit but a whole list of factors was taken into consideration especially given that the success rate is not high (in comparison to other surgeries) and doesn't always extend the life expectancy of an IPF sufferer much beyond the normal life expectancy - a few years tops.

Sussex first day back is next Thursday 1st, my daughter starts that day, so guessing Skank’s going for a week, back Wednesday maybe. Though if I was Kieran I’d want them back by Tuesday, as you need to prepare for first day, Wednesday gives you little time and who knows if there‘ll be delays on the return with the current airport problems. Not that Skank worries about their schooling.

Edit. Just been reminded by my daughter Thursday is an Inset day, she’s not in till Friday 2nd….bad Mum 😁
