That's exactly what I think too! I think she transitioned as it opened up a whole new world of plastic surgery for her, and allowed her to be even more self obsessed with her looks than she already was. I seriously think that nose is beyond help now, it's on the point of total collapse. When you hear her talk she clearly has trouble breathing through it. And she looks as though she can hardly see out of those new eyes. But of course she has fans who tell her how wonderful she looks so she convinces herself she does. sounds like KP doesn't it?

Actually Joan rivers died following an endoscopy for acid reflux, but all her previous surgeries probably contributed towards it.

I really really really do not understand the desire for those hideous eyebrows at all, not just on her but all the other celebs such as the Kartrashians etc that sport them? When did it become a thing? It looks awful, it just makes me think of either Spock from Star trek, or Grouch Marx.
