That’s exactly how I felt about it. It feels like he’s being exploited by her 🙁
 
It doesn't matter whether it was right or wrong for H to be there last night, his mother made money and that's all that counts.
The great British unwashed Joe Public don't give a damn about H's rights or any of those like him!
Every week we hear some tale of a child (which is what he is in reality) that is under the care of someone or some organisation tasked with looking after them, who winds up dead.
Oh yes, investigations are launched and "lessons learned" for it to occur over and over.
Unfortunately, the old, ill, & disabled although forming a substantial part of society, are left to their own devices and seen as prey by a a lot of people, or worse, a burden.
Society in general doesn't care, sorry if that bursts any bubbles.
For every caring parent, of which there are many, there appears to be a Pricey, looking to ways to exploit the situation for their own gain.
When you have people at the top, such as our wonderful PM, lying bare faced and MP's sitting watching porn ( by mistake) what chance is there that the wider population at large should give a damn?
Pricey is doing what she's always done, and got away with time after time, and will continue to do so.
H isn't her son to protect and cherish, he's another object to be wheeled out and used for financial gain.
That's all any of her children are for.

It proves it wasn't about Harvey doing normal teenage things, he's a performing seal for Pwicey. I know there's talk of money going into a trust fund but I'd be very surprised if Pwicey hadn't set it up in such a way she can withdraw to buy* things Harvey needs.

Exactly, it's not about trying to integrate Harvey into society or make him happy, it's all about money and flogging Harvey as a cash cow as much as she can as her other moneymaking wells have run dry. She knows that a core group of people will always give her the time of day because of Harvey's disabilities being perceived as a burden for her, no matter what she does. I don't believe for a second that it was Harvey's dream to visit a nightclub. Even if it was, that could have been achieved in an appropriate way for Harvey, without it being a money making racket.

Aside from the nightclub debacle, surely it is a question between balacing risk and experiencing life, and covid is not the only consideration. I’m shocked at your comments and if your job allows you to assess vulnerable people (I truly hope it doesn’t as you seem clueless from what you’ve just said) it concerns me greatly. It’s also very clear you know little about how dangerous Covid would be to Harvey and if you do I’m appalled you’d make light of it. Yes life carries risks but Covid could be the death of Harvey, they’ve not even tried to minimise the risks of somewhere that I doubt Harvey would choose to go off his own back. How you can even try and defend this is beyond me, it’s wrong on ALL levels.

If Harvey wants to experience a nightclub fair enough but I don’t think a very public meet and greet event was the way to do it. It had huge potential for disaster. Anyone working with vulnerable people knows these things need to be managed carefully.

Harvey has been let down by the local authority . He was on a supervision order and child protection plan when her other kids went into care of fathers . She openly admits she been drunk and drugged up daily for years . She has untreated mental health issues . Is in a dv relationship . Left the kids to live on a sh*t tip and yet social services do nothing . His social worker can see he’s being exploited and yet they allow it .

It could have been arranged whereby they hire a club for the evening and invite guests that he knew.

Where's the profit in that?
Would have been positive media coverage, but who wants that when your whole business model is based on infamy and outrage?
It's achieved what 'it' wanted, plenty of press coverage and money in its pocket.

6k fee.........................gotta book the next holiday somehow.....chances are now harvey will have been driven home ..whilst the conartists head to scotland for the facefilter tour.................
 
If Harvey wanted to go to a disco or clubbing there are plenty of organisations that put on things that are more suitable for a young man with his conditions. My son goes to one every week and loves it - the music is a bit quieter, there are no strobe lights (which can cause seizures in a lot of people) and there is a quiet area nearby that they can go to if they need it.
I imagine Harvey would also like to eat entire carrot cakes and a bucket of chicken nuggets at every meal. Perhaps the people in charge of his well being should just let him ‘experience’ that as well.

His first experience yet he was sat and forced to take pictures and prob swear as thats gets them the most reactions . Such a loving mother yet couldn’t even be bothered to be in same car with her son driving up. She’s a compulsive liar and will do anything for cash . Won’t be long till she forcing Harvey to do happy bday videos for people

The trouble is Social Services are not fit for purpose. I’ve temped in the public sector including the NHS and SS and although there are some diligent workers, there are also a lot who are not fit for purpose and wouldn’t get away with their
lackadaisical ways in the private sector, costing wouldn’t allow it.

I suppose next she'll be planning a nationwide tour of clubs to make cash - even worse, imagine Harvey being dragged around the UK for this for years to come. I wish someone would shout STOP but it seems sadly no one can overrule the mother in these situations.
