You may well be right.It did cross my mind( then I put my fingers in my ears and went la la la), and it certainly has crossed her lawyers.
But, maybe the wording of her restraining order may come into play.
Surely “indirectly” would include contacting Michelles husband and sending poison pen letters to a relative?
You’re also right about the mental elf angle.That will be played upto the max. I even recall the Thailand holiday being used as an excuse to help with her mental elf.
If this is the case, I hope Kieran and Michelle put the case for their own mental health forward.

I reckon she'll plead guilty to prevent all the gory details coming out and to be able to wheel out all her miserable mitigation lies so that she gets nothing more than a fine and a telling off (and she won't give a tit about that). She'll probably escape the suspended sentence too. Grrrr.

The police must have a case for it to go to court. They are so busy & courts are under pressure with Covid that they wouldn't take it further unless they knew there was enough evidence. Well, that's my thinking & hope I'm correct 🙏
 
'It' isn't hiding the face in shame, it's to stop pictures of the real mangled face from being shown do as she can continue the charade of being a model of 25 years, mum of 5 and still fit.
Doesn't want the world to see the reality of its mangled mess.
The arrogance is still strong and I believe she will walk away at the end scot free as usual.

It depends on what actually happened. If she did send a text to her that will be a violation of the restraining order.
When you plead guilty you get a reduction of punishment by a third.
If she pleads not guilty there is a chance she could still be held on remand until the court hearing. That is because she already has a suspended sentence and could be seen as a flight risk.

The solicitor will have to weigh up the chances of getting away with it if it went to a full trial. If it can be proved 100% she did contact MP then the solicitor would be stupid to go to trial. It would make more sense to plead guilty and state her mental health/substance abuse was a contributing factor.
 
so they are so in love it looks like he can not even be bothered to turn up to support her,and why is she wearing a mask outside now you do not have to when she could not be bothered to wear one when you were supposed to.(i thinkthey are not together romantically at all now just saying they are still a couple to get them both more press they have not posted any pictures of themselves together for ages and yet at one time they were glued to each others sides)

Well this is what she could be looking at today. She could be facing a 6month sentence for breaking the restraining order and on top of that if found guilty of breaking that order she will be sentenced to the rest of her suspended sentence. The reason she is facing a 6-month sentence for breaking that order is that it is in a Mag Court because if it was a Crown court she would be looking at a 5-year sentence
