The thing that gets me over the previous crash thing when she said she wasn't driving and KB lied for her is why nobody was ever charged over it? Even if you deny driving and say it was someone else but don't give their name you can still be done for the offense if the car is in your name. My husband got done for speeding when a relative was driving his car and he wasn't even in the country because when he replied to the ticket he didn't give their info because at that time he didn't have it, and he then forgot about it. He got 6 points on his license and fined £800 and he wasn't even in the country!

Makes me so angry! When they said the ‘driver’ had run off. It should have been followed up. They should have been made to provide a name and address and if they didn’t (which they couldn’t as it wasn’t true), they both should have been charged. Instead nobody was and look what she’s gone onto do.
