Try Amante and definitely check out La Brasa in Ibiza Town for lunch or dinner. It's like a secret garden and their Paella is delicious. The hippy market in Las Dalias is fun and you might see local legends The Benidrums playing there. They are amazing and you can see them sometimes at Café Mambo too. Try and catch Symphonic Ibiza if they are out there. I have worked with them and they are bloody fantastic. Maybe get out to Formentera as it's beautiful. I could go on and on!

If KHM has any sense she will go to Cala Llonga in Ibiza as it’s known locally as buggy town as so many people take their toddlers there - completely set up for kids with playgrounds on the beach and it’s very child focused. I’ve been two Ibiza with toddlers twice - there and Santa eularia but never San Antonio! All the mega rich stay in the posh northern end of the island anyway and travel into the clubs and then back out! I was told the locals laugh at those who stay in San An etc - not sure how true that is though!

With biotin just make sure you drink plenty of water as it can cause spots. Well it did with me anyway, I googled it and a few people found the same but I upped my water intake and it was fine after a couple of weeks. I never used to get spots before other than one or two around my period.
