I am here for the refurb era! We bought a refurb project last year and because we aren’t insta-influencers have had to live it in whilst we renovate. My kids are secondary school age and it’s been hell at times so I’m here for the kids really going feral with plasterboard, panelling and cement. I can’t see them renting somewhere whilst they renovate as that would cost so much - Matt would have to be working days and nights.
