I imagine poor Mez probably felt completely out of place, worried about the bill (depending on who was paying), starving (because KHM goes to the Savoy allllll the time but doesn't know to order the sides separately) and likely got stuck dealing with the 3yo who was in a completely unsuitable setting for her age and behaviour level.
