Far be it from me to be the diet police, but for someone who preaches about wellness and health, a single drink containing 342 calories of mostly refined sugar seems excessive. She could have an iced decaf latte for a third of the calories and get some calcium and protein in her system (and the rainbow baby's system) from the milk.
