So let’s get this straight your child has had a burn that has resulted in outpatient appointments presumably till she is discharged! You can’t actually get your head round it and the guilt but you think it’s safe to take her to a muddy unlevel field where she could fall and go to nursery so you can have a mental health day???? This so called “reason” is getting fucked off so you can make yourself feel better???? You need sectioning!!!!

There's no way Alder Hey haven't investigated or referred this. She best of had a visit cos she has neglected that kid to get such a severe burn she’s a tit mum and she knows it who sends a kid back to school who’s having morphine to take dressings off who even takes there kid out in tight pants with such a severe burn infection pending does she not know the dangers infection can have on kids these days honestly delo needs to duck her off and take custody of them kids she loves her phone more than anyone KATE take note why your very very very disliked you have 193 threads and your not even a celebrity you a -z lister with ya fake gear and fake ring bleep!!!

Cannot imagine doing 13 people the morning of a wedding, properly, all by yourself. I mean we know she won't do it properly but still. My wedding makeup was almost an hour by itself (then again I used a MAC artist not some clown chucking BPerfect around the place)

I can’t get over her carry on you know, that’s a large area burn for a kid, and most of us will have had little line burns from either the oven in a desperate dash to get the oven chips out (pre-air fryer obvs), literally ironed their hair or with another hair appliance and they bleeping kill I can only imagine the pain and discomfort she must be in. Yes kids are resilient but this a burn and they will hurt and will continue to whilst the skin attaches back and shrinks to heal 😢 I wince thinking about but she’s wearing tight clothing and being dragged out. Aww put some Disney films on, hot chocolate and have a duvet day/s. Picking could’ve waited a week. It’s beggars belief it really is.

Spot on! And by the way, I am currently sporting an air fryer burn because I thought I could use my bare hands to remove a kids size pizza at tea time 😂
 
She really does talk utter tit, micro needling works by causing tiny breaks in the skins barrier which then promotes a healing response which boosts collagen, therefore it’s great for fine lines and aging, can help with rosacea and potentially acne scarring, but it’s not going to do a bleeping thing for blackheads

3 year olds run round like lunatics there’s no way someone won’t run into her & knock her wound. I doubt any nurse has suggested she’s ok to go back to school
And you clearly haven’t heard the rumour she can do a full face in 8 minutes 😂
