She says he was going through stuff (mental health) and it was draining her, and she thinks relationships at her age should just be happy and fun!? All relationships take work and can at times be hard. Most of their relationship was in lockdown, if we have no lockdowns I doubt they would have lasted so long.. I think she was never in love with him. Also explains why she's happy with Armin always jetting off and partying, she clearly isn't looking for a serious relationship right now and fair enough if that's what she wants I guess.
The point about her and Armin being hardworking, to me she means they prioritise their work over everything. Greg has made it known he wants to travel loads and prioritise experiences/living. Thing is influencing can be done anywhere, so she could of gone travelling with him.. I just think she didn't want to. But Kate does have ocd, like how she wouldn't move home in lockdown and she wanted to work in her apartment, plus her tRaVeL aNxIeTy remember guys.

Honestly, I think she was using Greg for the follow count (she's done this many times with girls eg Nadia, Freya). When he wasn't posting her on ig, therefore no use to growing her following or getting a blue tick, she dropped him. She does come across as a user tbh, now using Armin for his money so she can post expensive hotels and members clubs.
