Sadly he isn't cured though. His quality of life must be pretty poor physically and it must be hard for him mentally being publicly monitored.

I think I read/heard/saw that she phoned Dr Hilary when he collapsed and he told her to get an ambulance, I’m not sure if we were even in lockdown by that point.

She was in IAC November/December 2019 and it may be totally unrelated but even such a long journey back to England from Australia could have put his body under a massive strain, given he was a smoker and overweight. Then he gets COVID and nobody knew much about it for a long time.

I’m surprised she isn’t involved in the COVID enquiry - the papers like to declare he’s the longest-suffering COVID sufferer. Could be a conflict of interest due to her job, I thought she’d be right in about there

I'm waiting for 'Kate's Law' to be brought in. I'm not sure what it would be, but she might need something to campaign for if poor Derek succumbs to his ailments. She won't be on telly much longer (hopefully), so she'll have to 'dedicate her life' to a some sort of 'cause' so she can maintain a presence in the media.

The amount of suffering poor Derek has already gone through, and now this heart attack 😔 Honestly his quality of life has been so poor. I know if I were in that position, what I would want. And then to have his every detail reported on, on top of the suffering. There comes a time when one wonders if it's just cruel to not let him go in peace.

Derek Draper is fighting for his life once again after suffering a heart attack with Kate cancelling all her TV work to keep a vigil at his bedside

She'll be pleased, she got front page again today. Must be the only person to have loved one in a serious condition in hospital 😏 keeps the money rolling in I guess. Will this woman stop at nothing... give the guy some dignity

We're edging closer to 20,000 people (the vast majority innocent civillians) killed in the Israeli-Gaza conflict. But of course, Derek must take top priority. As Stalin once said, "a single death is a tragedy, a million deaths are a statistic". :rolleyes: It's sickening.
