It just needs a cut! It’s never trimmed. Mine needs a trim at the end of summer too (it’s booked in!!) but I’m not flogging hair products

Honestly, Kat is infuriating. The basics are never addressed. Healthy diet, exercise, alcohol free nights, early nights, good consistent skin care, well applied make up.

Nope, what we have is fags, booze, no sleep random skin care solved by filler and lashings of bronzer. Excellent.

The latest pod cast- goodness she is def on tattle getting her content. Apparently she’s been subjected to some serious opinions about her moving out of the family home and she can’t quite believe how it’s been grinding peoples gears (my words not hers but a good summation I’d say ;)
No way have people been messaging her privately or discussing it in the street. She’s been on tattle for sure, you’re welcome Kat!! Hi! 👋🏻
 
Has she considered that, yes, to most others, it would seem wrong to move away from your children. I never thought she was hugely into her house but to move a distance away from her children seems un-necessary. Especially given their ages, she could have rented locally so children could go freely between both homes, to their schools, friends, etc., just for a few years. Even if both are boarding, it would be more re-assuring for them to come home during weekends and holidays to their local area and be able to flit between both homes, rather than this weekend in Sevenoaks, this weekend in London or having to do a day in each.

And I would raise my eyebrows at any parent doing this, whether a Mum or a Dad.
 
I’m listening to the podcast for the first time! Now I’m all for positivity about kids moving out and being optimistic, time for yourself etc rather than bloody sad poems (I HATE THOSE) but she’s ruthless! She seems very a scathing of anyone who is a bit sad about it which is a natural feeling. You can feel excited for you kid/your new freedom and still a bit sad and you’ll miss them. And one of her sons is now boarding too!!

Yep- my Mum was like this when she got divorced when I was 17. On her third marriage and has no relationship with me or my children.
Retired just before Covid and tried to get in touch after 18 years and was shocked that I wasn’t interested!

Now my own children are adults, living their own lives, it’s absolutely on the parent to maintain communication and a relationship with them. Simply, they are busy and so it’s us who visit, message and arrange things. You get more time to yourself but you still have to be selfless and available.

Still Kat has become so insufferably self absorbed I doubt she cares. Not until it’s too late anyway.
 
I attempted to listen to her latest Podcast earlier but gave up, what struck me is she seems to lack empathy. Also get the impression that Mr Farmer wasn’t volunteering to leave the family home.

It’s very telling that the younger boy, not in boarding school, remains in the family home while Kat has upped sticks to London.

That’s so sad I’m sorry, I can’t imagine how that made you feel as a teen. It’s like she just feels it’s all done now, she can’t get on with her own ‘other tit'. Has she said where she’s living? Her youngest is what, 14?

I think it’s all related to the racial comment either Kat’s ex or the insufferable Brickstick’s made on stories once. There was a lot of disgust about (& rightly so) at the time - I think professionally he thought I am out of this show reel.
