Karissa Pukas

Is anyone still keeping up with Karissa? She was upset because a flight attendant asked her kid to say please when given some crayons. I hope she's doing okay. Life's hard.
 
I follow her on insta so im kind of keeping up with her. she recently she had a "tongue tie" procedure done where they cut that piece of tissue that connects the tongue and the floor of the mouth so she can move her tongue more freely. she was going off on insta one day about how having more tongue movement is beneficial for your health.

karissa reminds me a lot of myself because we both have severe health anxiety to the point of being obsessed with it. she is constantly talking about her health problems when they arise, she goes through extremes to try and feel better/possibly benefit her even if there is little proof that these things work (ie. removing her implants and part of her tongue). and she EASILY jumps on health bandwagons.

i also acted similarly towards my health and i started going to therapy and a psychiatrist and i was diagnosed with OCD which makes sense as to why i am so obsessive about my health. not diagnosing karissa but my point is, she needs therapy.

I'll be honest, the tongue thing freaked me out. It needed a trigger warning. The way she goes on about everything is so full on. She doesn't realise how good she actually has it.
 
thought this was kinda funny. i remember when she was hard core plant based and judged other ppl for eating meat and now its the other way around lol of course there is nothing wrong with changing your mind but she does it with such a superior attitude

Does anyone want to bet that she’s currently pregnant and doesn’t have any old material to recycle so she’s just not posting? She is terrible. She hasn’t put out any content in like months and her last YouTube video was almost a year ago. Every time I look at her profile, she’s lost a couple thousand followers. Her brother has a new girlfriend. I wonder how long it’s going to take for her to break them up.? 🤣 gf’s name is Shalynn Jacob(sen/son?) so she might be from a prominent family in salmon arm. Which would be perfect for the Pukas family because they are all about keeping up appearances and making sure they look good to the civilians. Ridiculous Kunt Puke lol I hope she loses her following soon I’m so sad that people still follow even tho she’s worthless as an influencer 🤣💀. Seems like they’re not making enough money since Glen who is a sound engineer has to work a regular job and can’t seem to find a high-paying lucrative contract even with his famous wife 🤣🤣🤣🤣

From the video, she’s definitely at her parents house. They likely needed their financial help and obviously Karissa can’t do anything on her own lmao
Also, when she posted about how they were trying for another pregnancy, she was already pregnant. She’s so fake it’s crazy 🤣🤣

RIGHT!? At least she’s not making posts shitting on people who asked if she was pregnant like she did last pregnancy lol. Like, why doesn’t she just announce it the second she finds out? She LOVES sharing too much, and I’m surprised she’d shy away from publicly sharing a possible infant loss (she’d get a lot of engagement) or her first trimester struggles, because she just adores the attention she gets when she’s complaining.
 
Is anyone else surprised she wasn’t naked for her pregnancy announcement? Should’ve been completely nude with glen and golden custard clothed, that’s the old Karissa lmao

Yeah I’m pretty not shocked at it lol she’s a freak honestly. Maybe she knows she will get a lot of trolling if she posts her stuff now. She’s so out of touch. And never speaks on real issues in the world, just complains that her white privileged life isn’t going exactly how she wants it to.
And her story today complaining about how this year has been “really really hard”, PLEASE! She has everything she could ever need and gets everything she wants or complains until she does. I honestly get a lot of satisfaction when her life is hard on her, she deserves it after what she did to my best friend! I hope your year gets worse, KuntPuke 🤣
