Anyone noticed those "letters" fattisophi has put up to prove she has cancer?? They are not real!! Firstly, they are not scanned documents, and the NHS don't email you letters. Second, that's not the correct format gor an NHS letter. Mixture of capitals and lower case, and the signing off is incorrect.
She claimed that her whole cancer journey she was kept in hospital...what a load of rubbish....the NHS don't keep you in hospital the entire time! It doesn't have the resources to do that. I work with patients that are nearing end of life, and even they get sent home. Come on Sophie, stop porkies pieing.
Can't trust anyone that's up karinas arse! Weirdo!

The grammar is shocking and some sentences don’t even make sense, not even a capital letter on ‘Miss/Mrs’ etc ….

I flicked past the letters on a break earlier, weren’t they all just invites to various investigative procedures as well?

She's definitely wrote them herself, NHS wouldn't send those out, it's just not the way they word things. Most letters are a standard format, these are worded using Sophies language, not that from an NHS department.
They certainly wouldn't write "will discuss further details then"
As someone who works for the NHS, I would bet you anything, these are fake.

I had to have a colposcopy last year after my smear and was sent several letters regarding booking appointments and then my results from the smear and then the copolscopy. I ended up with HPV which cleared itself. If anything I bet that's what she had and she's overexaggerating

A family member is also going through cancer right now and not one time did she have to stay in hospital (apart from surgery) and things were done by letters and not emails
