So the woman posts weekly about her online grocery order being delivered but nothing about the company she's been so proud of for the last 9 years (pretty sure her house has "Home of XXY" engraved on a plaque outside) being struck off? Not that I'm surprised.
Does anyone know what this actually means? Can they continue using the name "XXY" or do they have to cut all ties with it?

They wouldn’t be able to open another company with the same name but I don’t think there’s anything to stop them using it as a “brand” on social media if they want to.

Using the Ltd suffix would be illegal, the company name however, could continue.

I wonder if HMRC have caught up with them, so they are folding their tax liabilities with the company.

Wouldn’t surprise me. I bet amongst all of the personal growth and teamie training, no one ever tells new huns that as boss business babes they now have to deal with the taxman.

Another day without her baby. You know how she’s so grateful to not miss a moment with her baby (who she is barely with!) not like people who have a job instead of the amazing juicy lifestyle 😂🤦🏼‍♀️

This has got to be pretty embarrassing for him. How many times has he posted about being miserable as a carpenter due to the early mornings and being cold in the workshop (bless)? That said, XXY is clearly going nowhere and big H can't be the only one making an effort. Looking forward to seeing how he spins this. I imagine it will be along the lines of "I've had 8 years working in a company I love but I have really missed working with my hands and making things so here is my new venture blah blah."
Good to see someone moving on to something that isn't another MLM though.

From all the huns he is the one only that came from a trade, right? All the others worked in retail, teached or are pts/lash technicians

I think so. Dani mentioned something about Ross having a "successful corporate career" prior to Juice Plus ("successful" is debateable). If she had any sense, Harriet would just suck it up and reapply for a teaching job as these multiple businesses she keep starting don't seem to be bringing much money in. Oakley would then have two decent role models in her life.

On an earlier thread someone posted that she was apparently sacked for trying to sell JP to pupils, so maybe she can’t go back to teaching.
