When she was looking last time she was explaining why some of the houses weren't suitable, amongst them was because there wasn't an annexe/space for a granny flat for her parents and that the drive ways were too small as they want space for at least 4 cars. I don't think she's short of cash. Esp seeing as Ryan gave up work and bought a brand new massive truck.
Even if you look at Coatsy and Ems, their new house was circa £650k and they don't shill half the crap she does
 
Guys, regarding the house situation, I agree with all the comments, something doesn't add up. As there are probably plenty of properties available for her, within her price bracket. But there must be something else that is preventing them from buying.

I offen wonder if she wants her parents to move in with them, and to use their money towards the house purchase as well. As we don't know if her parents own or if they are in a rental property. But we noticed her mum's health has deteriorated (stair lift). So I wonder if that stopping them from moving.

Also when she view property, she said that there unsuitable for hunter, as he can escape. Doesn't she realise that, if you spend money on a high boundary wall, that's sorts the problem out.

Now she going down to the school route, which i am expecting that, the schools in areas where they want to move to. Don't cater for hunter's Sen needs.

When in reality, has she realise, the cost of owning a house, doesn't suit her. Aka she going to have to cut back on the luxuries in life. Where council flat, is a safe and secure roof over there head, with affordable rent, and no worries about costly maintenance fees for the property.
 
I reckon she’s found a house and put an offer in and it’s either been declined or she’s still waiting, hence looking at schools and the pathetic video. She’ll have no issues with a mortgage or deposit because unfortunately she is making an absolute killing in TikTok especially with her recent ad, they can pay £10-50k 🙄

But TikTok isn’t a sustainable income cos one day it’s gonna end (and probably before her mortgage ends) so what happens then. She should just buy a house and then sort the schools and all that cos she’s wasting time of both herself and the school
 
I think she’s already got a house and it’s taking time to go through, coz why otherwise would she be looking at all these schools. She will be classed as self employed and will need roughly 2 years worth of accounts to get a mortgage, a clever financial advisor will get her a mortgage but it will be high interest, the money she’s making at the moment, that won’t be a problem and I’m guessing she’s got a sizeable deposit.
 
Maybe sellers just aren’t selling to her; I would be cautious if she was trying to buy off men- I don’t think it would sit right with me and I would suspect she was a fantasist 🤷🏽‍♀️
