Thing is I saw someone ask how she got a mortgage. She replied 2 yrs worth of statements & a 10% deposit. That leaves a big mortgage payment to make each month. Would of thought with the money she has earned over the last 2 yrs she would of put more of a deposit down.

The one and only time she did a live in the morning was when they woke Brutus up and he was calling them pricks and other horrible words whilst moaning at them for disturbing his sleep. He got rather angry and was shouting at one point also.
Gigantor was embarrassed that everyone on the live had heard him and she ended it not long after that and she’s never done a live since.

Exactly! We saved up a good deposit by selling our flat that we bought years ago and rented out while my husband was in the military, when he left we lived with my mum it was hell, but it was the only way! That was even when the current financial climate was quite good, so duck knows how they’ve done it, things like this baffle me as she is self employed and he doesn’t work, don’t worry hun there’s my husband defending the country you live in, while gigantor one and two fiddle the system 🙄
 
She probably paid for a great accountant and some creative financials, it can be done, especially if you are self employed and have the money to pay for experts on the financial side of things. One can only hope they are mortgaged to the hilt and when the work dries up she can get humbled fast.

As for Ryan, if she continues to lose weight and he stays the same size, they’ll end up splitting can’t see her with a fat fella if she isn’t fat herself. Oh and she will continue to lose weight, all the body positivity stuff goes out the window once they see those numbers dropping on the scales.
 
The thing is, even if she gets to a size 18, the world doesn’t need an ugly size 18 content creator. There are tons of them. They need an ugly size 26, 28, 30, with a mish mash body. However much we dislike her; she was WAS relatable in a sense that anyone could watch her content and if something didn’t look too bad on her it was absolutely gonna be stunning on the average person and that’s what pulled them in. Also she found clothes which catered for bigger sizes, whereas most places cater for a 18. What else is going to create content about because it’s not gonna be beauty.

I bet her mum and dad selling their house to move in will be sugar coated as being a plan to enable Jo to take care of them but actually it’s a back up plan because their money will end up going into the house when Jo can’t afford it, meaning her more attractive sister and kids will get duck all in the inheritance.
 
As much as I hope they really are mortgaged to the hilt. I don't think they are. I'm guessing she's earning a lot more than we imagine.
Ems and coatsy for example have just moved out of their privately rented house into their bought £600k home, first thing they did? Rip out the kitchen and get a new one put in which we all know is not cheap. Still lots of takeaway etc, spending as they were before the move basically, so lots of disposable income. They don't do TT shop and don't do a huge amount of ads.
She's making bank.
 
Judging by her instagram this morning gigantor now has Invisalign. I’d be interested to know what dentist is offering her invisalign with such poor oral hygiene. On another note remember when gignagor got Botox and her whole forehead dropped 🤣🤣

I’ve not watched for ages but just catching up on the new house, how come she’s moving so far away ? She’s always offloaded the kids on her parents how’s she gonna manage without them ?
 
Think, she got social media influencer famous by talking about abortion. which over time, we as a community on here, found out, she had many abortions before, and it had become the norm to her.

But if anyone bring that subject up now, and asks why doesn't she talk about it anymore, she tells them to go way. She not here to talk nor help people through it now. It's in her pass. Which just makes you sick in the stomach.

She one cunning person, don't be surprised we see here go down the ADHD route next, as she already on the journey of a sen family (bad / attitude / empathy parenting family)
