Runkle & other law guys have now explained a few times that when there is a person like Amber Heard (who is suspected to be highly manipulative), then no psychiatrist should talk to/evaluate them alone, but their interactions should be filmed and the second psychiatrist should observe them real-time and debrief the first psychiatrists afterwards (as often the first psychiatrist fails to notice he/she has been manipulated/corrupted).
