I still remember the video that did the rounds during the court case. It was supposed to have been 'leaked' to make her look like a great mother, as her fans claimed that while it was disgusting that something so private would be made public, it showed how natural she was. I guess I must have watched a different video because I remember her grabbing the wee one from the midwife who was trying to check her over and holding her like she was a pack of spuds as she brought her up to the camera, not caring that the surrogate lay there looking shattered and uneasy.

If even half of the rumours going around about her are true (many of them doing the rounds long before she and Depp got together), I wouldn't trust her with a goldfish, never mind a child. Her own parents admitted to being scared of her to the point they begged Johnny not to say anything about them being in touch. A friend came right out and said Whitney, who was covered in bruises, had been attacked by Amber in a video, as had other exes of hers and not just Johnny and Taysa. And as for the story about her and one of Whitney's friends, I only hope that one is a lie someone made up, because if not and the story going around is true, she really is vile.

The video with the baby wasn’t her child, just her fans may have claimed it was. It wasn’t leaked either. It was a video she posted publicly to her own Instagram. She had visited a children’s hospital (for publicity, trying to copy the good press that JD had got from doing something similar)…dressed up in scrubs and took a baby who had undergone surgery and was being taken back to the parents out of the nurses arms, clearly without asking, then posed for the camera. What you may not have seen, if they cut it to portray it as being her own child, is that at the end of the clip she then gives the child to the worried mothers, and in a very ‘over-acting manner’, proceeds to fuss as if she is a medical professional showing the mother how she should hold her own child, while also gurning for the camera. She claimed either at the trial or elsewhere that she has ‘volunteered’ at the CHLA, where she was supposed to donate one but didn’t, which is why she chose them…I think this may have been her ‘volunteering’.

The bruises on Whitney weren’t seen by ‘friends’. Whitney did some kind of reality tv show (before AH met JD, I believe, and certainly long before any other accusations of her being violent). There is a clip from it where other girls from the show are questioning Whitney about bruises and they are stating that Amber beat her up the evening before. From what is said, it’s unclear whether any of them witnessed it, but it appears that they have the information somehow and, on camera, Whitney is unwilling to confirm it and tries to deflect. There was also Whitney’s friend and former employer Jen, who testified at the trial that Whitney had come to live with her after claiming to her that Amber threw her down the staircase (the same incident where Amber claimed she was afraid JD would throw her sister down the stairs and that’s why Whitney moved out of the ECB). At the trial, Whitney couldn’t get the story straight and claimed the argument happened a the bottom of the staircase. This was the same witness who claimed being present when Whitney received a phone call from Amber where she admitting to causing the finger injury in Australia.

The ex, Tasya, kept out of things at the trial, but interestingly, is now friends with Jen, and they’ve been posted together on social media several times. Jen also claimed harassment such as graffiti and break-ins occurred in the lead up to her making a deposition. Tasya was the victim in the incident at the airport, where Amber was arrested and the decision was then made to not make charges because she lived in another state and was on her way out..presumably they’d need to hold her in jail if she has no local address and it was decided it wasn’t serious enough to warrant spending more public money on etc. Amber later claimed she wasn’t arrested, which isn’t true as there is a footage of her being interviewed by the police, she also claimed the arresting officer was homophobic and that’s why the arrest happened. She didn’t bank on the fact that the officer was gay herself and didn’t even know they were a couple and not just friends, and was later willing to publicly state that.

As for ‘other victims’. There is a comment from JD in his witness statement for the UK case that he is aware of multiple other female victims, who have contacted him privately, but do not feel safe in coming forward to testify. This of course, could be him bullshitting, but Tasya clearly did receive at least some violence towards her as Amber was arrested for it, plus, when the officer testified she referred only to a ‘female travel companion’….it did seem like the Depp legal team purposely tried to keep Tasya’s name out of the proceedings. This action does tie up with what he says in the witness statement about there being women afraid to speak publicly.

Note also that Tasya made a public statement around the time of when JD first claimed AH was the violent party to claim AH had never been violent toward her…but this statement was made via AH’s publicist Jody, who was involved in the decision of whether a restraining order was the right move or not (which shows the decision wasn’t about safety, but about publicity tactics). Several of JD’s ex’s also made statements to claim he had not been violent…but those appear to have been made of their own accord as they didn’t go via his management and put them out in their own Instagram’s etc, Winona and Vanessa even went a step further by providing character statements for the UK case (voluntarily and under laws of perjury), Kate Moss was even willing to testify voluntarily in the US case that he didn’t push her down the stairs as AH claimed was rumoured (no-one appeared to have heard this well-known rumour in the 90s other than 10 year old Amber at home in Texas), oddly AH didn’t appear to have asked JD if it was true. The truth appears to be that JD may have told her a story about Kate falling down some stairs and AH’s twisted brain refashioned it into something else.

All these ex’s coming forward doesn’t mean that JD wasn’t drunken, drugged up, jealous, cheating or a general asshole…but it that isn’t what he needed to defend himself against…what each of his ex’s have been clear about is that he was never violent…and they’ve been so clear about that…I’m very inclined to believe it.

As for the death of the friend in the car crash. JD mentions he believes her responsible in a witness statements, but doesn’t state how he knows it. It’s known she has a juvenile criminal record which is sealed and relates to a serious driving offence, possibly JD couldn’t legally state what he knew about that because it’s sealed. The entire Heard family would know about it, so it’s not a big stretch to imagine that someone would have told him something. It’s also on public record that she ignored her driving ban and when pulled over tried to convince the officer that Whitney was driving. She also claimed in court to have been an angelic teenager who volunteered at soup kitchens…that’s the type of work that gets given out at community service…that might have been connected to her juvenile record. She knew it was sealed and this likely meant she could make these claims about her teenage years without it being . She also is on record in an interview claiming she moved to New York age 16 to pursue modelling, then switched to acting as she didn’t enjoy it…a ‘fact’ she forgot at trial.

As for who the father of Oonagh really is…I think Elon is a very likely candidate, there was the legal challenge where he wanted embryos destroyed and it was settled out of court. It seems likely he would have agreed she could have one child and destroy the rest as a negotiation if he didn’t have legal advantage to win the case, he may have also been able to negotiate a lower maintenance, because due to his wealth it would automatically be very large otherwise, and essentially just funding AH to have luxury and not necessarily being spent on the child.

I do think at some point, something will happen that will cause Elon to speak out about her…he’s very tactical but also can be reactive. His biographer included a story from his brother about AH screaming that Elon had taken her passport and was holding her prisoner when in fact the passport was there on display in the room. I think Elon is letting people know the truth…in his own way. He may need to protect Oonagh and be biding his time.

No idea who the father of the second a baby may be, it could even be another of Elon’s. What I’m certain of is that she has rushed the leaking of the news earlier than intended…Lily-Rose getting Oscar buzz for her new movie, and JD publicly following his passions with his art exhibit etc…and never mentioning her…must be driving her insane. It would have made a more impactful PR event if she had waited until the child was born and put some photos out. Essentially Lily-Rose now has the lifestyle, career and public profile that Amber had been craving, it must make her sick.

One thing I am sure of, is that the supposed claim that she was going to run the New York Marathon, then got an injury needing crutches (conveniently right after JD got injured and needed to use a crutch) was complete bullshit. She was only out jogging as a way to call the paps. I don’t think she will ever set foot on US soil again…there are too many people are organisations that could be waiting to sue her. She appears to have used leaving the US as a way to avoid responsibly for her legal fees, I’m not clear on all the details, but it was obvious that she sold her house and got all her assets out of the US for a reason. She thought claiming she was ‘stateless’ would avoid legal issues, she was wrong, but whether she will physically pay back insurance money may depend on where she is keeping her money, she may be keeping it out of their reach. I also don’t think she will set foot on Australian soil again, there are several things there that could rear up with authorities if they got the chance.

And another thing that doesn’t get mentioned much. Kate James, the assistant who claimed AH stole her sexual assault story…Kate actually described it somewhere (I believe it was her UK witness statement), the story is nothing like what AH claimed JD did to her in Australia. A lot of people seem to make the connection that AH got the bottle rape story from her, but she didn’t.

the story is actually about going travelling and being assaulted at knifepoint….Amber stole this story and adapted it to make it her own in a magazine interview. She claimed she went travelling in South America, was kidnapped at knifepoint and fought off her attacker…finishing the story with a claim she still made it back to her hotel before the bar closed for a drink. It seems like this was what Kate got angry about, it was making a mockery of something traumatic she had confided in AH about.

All this stuff where AH claims she referred to herself as a ‘victim’ in the JD sexual assault, which caused a severe reaction in Kate who prefers the word ‘survivor’, which caused upset between them…appears to be complete nonsense…why would Kate have allowed her young child to spend time with JD being taught guitar by him etc…if she had any inkling that he had a history of violence towards anyone? She would be hyper vigilant towards this type of thing given her past experiences and it would be something that would make her avoid JD and possibly leave the job over it, even if she never witnessed anything, just to feel safe for herself and her child. Yet she doesn’t have a negative word to say about him even years later and with the protection of now being back in her home country. In the UK trial she would have been a voluntary witness as well, so she must really hate Amber to have even wanted to testify. That lends some credibility to the judge saying she was a bitter ex employee, but I think he was wrong to dismiss her entire testimony for that reason. If there’s no history of this person having form for telling lies or seeking attention from the media, it wouldn’t make sense for her to have lied. She actually states in her UK witness statement that it is the use of her sexual assault story that has angered her…so the thing that drove her to want to testify voluntary probably had nothing to do with JD at all.
