Just hopping on here to wish everyone a merry Christmas! This year has been tit for everyone (excluding Joe ) and I want to hope people don’t feel pressure to exercise. A major part of Christmas is eating so much you feel you may explode (at least it is for me hahah). Enjoy it and enjoy the calories (sorry this was very random)

I think he’s slightly overestimated anyone’s desire to even get out of bed on Boxing Day. He’d have fared better in my estimations if he’d chosen to spend the day with his family chilling rather than trying to be some fitness saviour. What a fanny.
