Now I guess Indie probably did this at nursery but surely hes got something of both kids together to prove whatever point hes trying to preach about?

My heart breaks for Marley as watching Joes stories theres a definite hint his dad doesn't like him!

Can you really preach how Covid restrictions are negatively affecting you when you have literally done anything and everything you have wanted to, have made a fortune and increased your profile tenfold due to it?
I completely understand that even if you've got loads of money etc your mental health can still suffer.

But I think its important to zoom out. Joe has been all over everywhere recently seemingly with no thought to covid restrictions.
He's been mixing with family and friends and strangers and not social distancing all over the shop.
Maybe now he feels he needs to take notice and might have to stay at home.
Is his family life really that bad?!
 
He isn’t depressed because of the COVID restrictions. He was able to use the lockdown to his advantage and ram his self proclaimed ‘nations PE teacher’ title down our throats, as a family they got to go to Mexico, he’s been able to purchase a £4m mansion, he’s been on numerous biking holidays, he got to have a 10 course tasting menu for his birthday, he got to live it up for a week with Soccer Aid in a fancy hotel, he’s had his family over most days and done whatever the hell he wants for most of 2020. He’s pissed off that Marley cries like a normal baby and didn’t follow the Wean in 15 rules to the letter, it’s obvious that he hates him and Rosie adores him like a normal mother, this probably causes arguments and he feels like Marley is ruining his saint like baby expert title! Try living in the real world Joe... people are losing their jobs, haven’t seen family members properly for months, can’t afford an Aldi shop never mind have a Masterchef finalist pop round to cook for them. Life’s tit right now Joe and a few burpees is not going to change that for a lot of people!
 
What a self absorbed little speech that was. I've not been on holiday during lockdown, only been out socially a couple of times and followed the guidelines while WFH full time. As others have said, he's been all over everywhere during lockdown. Eating and drinking everything he wants, gifted all kinds of things, moving to a new mansion and made a considerable sum with public adoration as the nations PE teacher. I was waiting for his 'exercise is a cure all' mantra and wasn't disappointed. Why then is he struggling with MH if he's exercising all the time like he says he is? Think he was trying to be relatable but totally missed the mark.
 
A comedian couldn’t write what happened next.

Joe pleaded passionately with the nation not to let themselves feel down, to not veg out and do nothing and go for the chocolate but to commit to 30 mins of exercise and movement a day to improve their mental health. He then told us all he was going to exercise to get himself out of his rut and his moving IGTV was posted.

Switch to Joe’s stories and you’ll find that what Joe actually did next was sit at his dining table with a gift hamper and cracked into several cheeses, chutneys and crackers until it was gone midnight.
 
I think this is a perfect example of be careful what you wish for! On paper, he’s got a millions in the bank, a beautiful family, a ‘model’ for a wife, two houses and the perfect life but in reality he’s sat on his own eating cheese at 1am, feeling depressed and looking miserable as sin. He seemed much happier when he was just another influencer skateboarding with his mates and living in a tiny flat!

So much whiplash. Bed at 9 was the answer, he’s aware of his social media addiction and excessive phone use after watching the Netflix doc, you need to eat good healthy food....how does all that fit with staying up scoffing cheese until 1am reading comments on Instagram?! I thought he was exhausted when he stayed up late because Marley woke him at 6 and made him grumpy and his eyes stung - but now he’s up late and he feels well rested?!
