I don't think that toddler should be in the gym at all! There are bleeping loose weights everywhere! We have a gym in our house too, and a similar age toddler, and neither of us even attempt to work out with him in there. When he is in there he makes a beeline for the weights and tries to touch them, and it's dangerous, they might fall on him. I haven't even had a second thought about 'role modelling' ridiculous gym workouts. Surely promoting a healthy lifestyle, with playing games and sports, and walking outdoors, would be a much healthier (and safer) thing to 'role model'? And definitely not at the age of 21 months, at that age they don't have a clue!

Do these two not have a brain cell between them? The baby is on the floor, right behind them working out, whilst the toddler runs around (after just being put on a treadmill.
Thick as duck, and tit parenting.
He’s all ’I, I, I’ isnt he? ’Im shaping her view of exercise for the future’. What about Rosie? Surely it’s a team effort?
Self absorbed twit. And IMO a toddler should not be running round a gym where they are lifting weights, or be on a treadmill. I wonder if he’d feel ‘guilteeeeeee’ if she got injured?!

Also he’s admitted he will squeeze in workouts late at night or early in the morning to make up for blowouts on food and/or booze. Hope that’s not a view his young daughter will pick up from a young age. Disordered.

Vain and selfish parents 😒

The caption on that photo. He is such a narcissist. Jeez! Everything he does is to pat himself on the back. He set the camera up to film themselves working out just so he could say what a brilliant parent he is. Putting your toddler on a treadmill 🤦‍♀️

Has anyone else noticed that he has posted three different meals and claimed they were all 'dinner tonight' 🤣 Cocked that up mate! Have you posted two of them on the wrong day?

£10 says their dinner tonight was actually Goodfellas frozen pizza and oven chips 😊

Watching the family work out video posts for the gram earlier I actually felt very sorry - for the parents thinking that was a healthy positive way to 'model' exercise and sorry for the two kids, both completely ignored whilst mum and dad worked out - me and my husband work out, separately so our children are not just ignored, sometimes they just join in - however 1. I'd never do weight work with young children around - all it takes is to trip or squat at the wrong time and they're injured and 2. Exercise for young children should be fun - tumble tots, mini athletics, rugby tots, ballet etc NOT squats and high knees! Now they may well do these sort of classes and just not share it, but if so it's not shared as it doesn't help brand body coach!

Absolutely this. Spot on word for word.

Why do they keep putting indie on a treadmill? Why aren't they going out for a walk with her every day? She doesn't need to do it on a treadmill , she's 2! She clearly doesn't want to walk on it. Actually really infuriates me, she shouldn't be "exercising" she should be playing and play is how children burn energy.
