Saw Bruno (strictly judge) tweet asking who people want to win strictly this year. The replies were full of the Joanne fans saying “whoever is partnered with Dianne” are they missing the purpose of the whole show? It’s not about a particular pro winning, it’s about the celebs 🙄 I feel like all I have done recently is constantly post on here but so many things have been frustrating me I can’t help myself 😂

I somehow think Dianne's had her moment of fame on Strictly. She's an ok dancer but nothing special. I honestly don't think she stands a chance this year. Her poor little minions will be trying their hardest to try to make her win😂😂😂. Sad really.

Surely strictly will get rid of her if the minions start absolutely ruining the show and the purpose of it.

No ones bigger than strictly. I think that’s what the Jordan’s were told.

I don’t think they will get rid of her but I think she might leave in the next few years, I had hoped that by the time the new series started that people would have forgotten about joe and Dianne but that’s not been the case 😂
She’s definitely not a bad dancer as none of the pro’s are bad, but in my opinion she is by far the weakest of all the females, and the males actually...

That’s true! It’s not even as if she has brought higher ratings to the show.
Had to laugh at all the minions saying that if it wasn’t for joe the ratings wouldn’t have been as high last year. Do they not realise that strictly has been the most popular and most watched show in the UK for over a decade? I swear they aren’t delusional
 
Strictly aren't going to get rid of Dianne because of the minions. The Jordans and Brendan Cole were arrogant and got too big for their boots. Dianne is far more easy going and although she is as mad as a box of frogs, she is actually one of the quieter pros. Also as long as Jason Gilkinson is the creative director, she has a job there.

As for being one of the weakest pros, she's actually not, but her speciality is ballroom ND a lot of the pro numbers last year where Latin inspired dances. Janette us the weakest female dancer, as she is not actually a trained ballroom and Latin dancer, she was trained in musical theatre and joined burn the floor where she was thought the steps, but is not nearly as competent as the any of the other pros who where all formally trained in those styles and Graziano is the weakest dancer out of any of them by a country mile.

I would say this will be her last season on Strictly however, as there is no way Joe will want her on it again, especially if she gets a weak person this year, she will be given a popular partner next year and Joe won't want that. If they are still together by next year he will convince her not to sign up again or get her pregnant, whichever involves the least amount of effort for him.

Really can’t see her giving up her dream job for Joe. Strictly is the dream for most dancers isn’t it?

Also disagree about Strictly not getting rid because she’s got a good personality. If fans start Rail roading the vote, it makes a mockery of the show and it loses any credability. It will also end up causing tension amongst the pros I imagine who deserve the votes ( assuming Dianne gets some one not great for example). There will be plenty of talented dancers lined up waiting to get a spot on strictly

BBC don't give out their voting figures, they can rig it if they feel like it. And as I said previously Jason Gilkinson won't get rid of her, he's been the one who has gotten her all her dancing gigs, his husband is her manager, Jason has been looking out for her since he spotted her on so you think you can dance Aus, unless she does something herself Strictly won't drop her. This is now off topic, so my last mention of Strictly in depth.

In my opinion she is the worst dancer. Doesn’t mean she is bad, just my opinion. And she is extremely annoying so hopefully she will leave after this series.
Its all good saying she will have a job as long as he is there, but no one knows what goes on behind the scenes and I don’t think a dancer will be kept on purely because they know the boss.

I'm a bit confused is she managed by Jason Gilkisons husband or Joe at Margravine ?

It means that there is very little chance of Joe not being allowed use the training footage and won't get a copyright strike. He really will try to make this series about him as much as possible and will use Dianne and her partner to do it.

For all kinds of reasons I don't see this flying

I suppose it is possible that Dianne could bring recordings home for the pair of them to comment in a Reaction vid. It won't fly because DB wiull be loyal to her Celeb. She knows JS has the capacity to be snarky and wont want to undermine her celeb partner behind his back, and Strictly would not approve if Joe tried it. The Celeb would not be best pleased either.

I honestly can’t even explain how hard it is for me to not to explode as these kids. Is it normal for children who are the average age of 14 to be so concerned about a 30 year old woman’s friendships?

It’s honestly bizarre. It’s more strange because usually they will suck up to anyone who is Dianne’s friend such as Nancy (the new strictly pro who they couldn’t care less about but will pretend to for Dianne’s attention) and many others. I thought they would have been up his arse trying to get noticed by Dianne 🤷🏻‍♀️
