Absolutely, her mum will need help showering, going to the toilet, everything really, and I think Joanne is under the illusion that when her mum gets out of hospital everything is going to go "back to normal", she's in for a big shock.
Joanne is not going to like giving up her time, even to help her own mother, she talks about her "me time" so often and like it's something so sacred, she will not be pleased to have the focus taken off herself.
 
I do always enjoy when she talks about her ‘me time’🤦🏻‍♀️ Every waking second of every single day is Joanne time because nobody else seems to register on her radar, it’s all me me me.

You’d swear she was flat out raising a family or working or interacting with people in some way that meant she was in genuine need of ‘me time’. Another one of her delusions I guess.
 
I think it must take an awful lot of me time in order for Joanne to block out the inferior noise of reality and perhaps the voices trying to talk sense to her.
Her happiness is the most important thing after all. Doesn't matter how she goes about achieving that, the sense of entitlement is off the charts.
She'll lose any sympathy people had for over the mother situation, if she's reading she may try to put on a bit of a show now about caring for her.
 
I'd imagine Mammy Cronin will arrive home, take one look at the gatch of the place and start looking for the nearest curb to launch the other hip off!
That way she gets another couple of weeks of R&R in hospital and doesn't have to play dress up/personal photographer for her darling daughter.
Failing that, Joanne might dip her hand in her dole-lined pockets and treat her mother to a spa day out... BAHAHAHA couldn't keep a straight face there 😂
 
I can think of no greater hell than living her life, on her arse at home all day with no structure, no routine, no responsibilities, no sense of independence and down the rabbit hole of "goals" and "manifesting" and "self care" and "what makes your soul happy". Meanwhile she contributes precisely nothing to the world around her, no growth or development as a person and gets dafter by the day.

If I saw someone in my life carry on like this I'd consider it a crisis and there'd be an intervention, sadly I think Joanne is where she is because she's had a lifetime of enablement from her well-intentioned but hopeless parents.

One word: attention.
I wouldn't put it past her to start on the covid train (again) for attention, like why put this out there as a question, surely her local gp or pharmacy could answer this with more authority than instagram for her. Now she gets the "are you OK hun"? responses and gets the hit she craves.
