Oh yeah, I agree - it's not healthy for anyone to be stuck at the hip like that with a partner and not socialise with your own friends. Was just pointing out the thing about her stepdad, presuming then that the mother probably can't be meeting up either for fear she'd bring something back with her.

She's to be pitied tbh - imagine being in your mid-30s with no friends, still hating your body, and still trying to flog a career that you're not suited to.
 
She's one of the most unlikable people on social media. No personality, very robotic in her delivery, completely delusional when it comes to her body and weight, and a superiority complex. Herself and Adam seem like the most awkward couple. Zero chemistry between them, more like friends or mother and son. With her attitude it's no surprise that she has no friends, male or female! Maeve, Ally, Maeve Madden, Red Duchess - all have cut ties and unfollowed. He has to be just as bad as her because there's no way a sane person could witness such behaviour in their partner and not have something to say. I didn't like her last fella, but he got a lucky escape and I have to commend him for how he handled the breakup and for keeping his mouth shut for so long while she played victim and cried abuse. At this point I don't think she's even in a position to quit 'blogging', she has nothing to fall back on. This interiors malarkey is an absolute farce. Throw a few trinkets at a room or 'faff' i.e. rearrange said trinkets on a table and call it interior design?? She needs her head examined.

I would say it's because it's all about her. I cut a friend out of my life last year because I just could deal it it anymore she had a false life on FB and every conversation revolved around her.

I think it's why a lot of these bloggers have very little real life friends as they are just all about themselves.
 
What really struck me was even after getting her hair done which she kept informing us she couldn’t wait to get done and no more hun buns, that she still had to edit the pic which completely changed her face shape, like isn’t the whole idea of getting your hair done to feel good about yourself?
 
I'm so confused by her 'content'... it's as if she is trying to appear better, more sophisticated (?) than the rest of us because she lives in Noddy's house and does sweet duck all but move her trinkets around and air out her clothes on the trees. Her whole existance is contrived purely for the gram. She says she's so over events, nights out, city living, which is fine if she truely means that. But there's a condescending air about the way she tries to get this message across, and I don't believe it for one second. The occassional throwbacks to her former life are more than her pointing out that she's happier now. She looked a lot better when she was pretending to be a size 10. Who knows what size she ever was or is now, but she definitely looked healthier when she was carrying less weight.

I think she'd give anything to be back on the social media circuit in Dublin. The invites and events dried up when she was exposed on BU and her lack of accountability or apology afterwards. Remember she self declared she was a big fish in a small pond? How the tables have turned. Bet she wishes she could go back.

Definitely. Her holier than thou attitude was in it's element when she was doing her unboxing videos and snaps of her handbag strategically placed on the dinner table.

Oh the irony of the fish comment... look at her now, scrambling for content, no contracts, no connections... the rest of the bloggers have disassociated themselves from her. She was the ruination of her career.

That's really sad with the card covering her neck, it's so obvious that way she moved it once her chin and neck were out of shot.
I'd hate to be so uncomfortable in my skin.

What's stopping her doing a small bit of working out again - not to go back to the madness of a few years ago, but just to feel a bit better in herself? Is it because she's gone so far the other way with #bodyneutrality that she can't try to make changes now?

I'd say she is happy to be away from the social circuit as

1: She wasn't getting the invites anymore
2: No friends to hang out with when she got there anyway.
3: The PR pics don't lie.

I also had a friend who turned to be a compulsive liar, totally deluded about her size (even though she had a fab curvy figure), cried abuse and overall totally toxic. Cut her out of my life 6 years ago and I still shudder to think about some of her lies. The more I watched MUF, the more she reminded me of her and I had to unfollow.

Absolutely, she makes out like she walked away from that life and shes happier now, but in reality, she would be back up to Dublin in a heartbeat if she got a whiff of any of the old work she used to get
