I know she edited all her skinny pics but im surprised at how much weight she has gained so quickly....(nothing wrong with gaining weight but she clearly hates her larger frame) and if shes so obsessed with being slim and perfect why did she allow hersef to gain so much weight? Like its one thing to embrace life and enjoy your food (especially if you used to be so restrictive) but she seems to have gone from a 10/12 to a 16/18 in a really short space of time....

She isn't a 16 to 18🤣🤣 she is more like a 20 plus. Which is fine but she doesn't think so

Honestly, not going to lie I've went from a 10/12 to a 14/16 in a short amount of time due to medication, I'm lucky I'm tall but Its possible to go up in sizes fairly fast.
I think she would be alot more relatable if she was just honest about her weight gain and why it happened. She missed an opportunity there

Me too 🙋🏻‍♀️ I’ve gained a lot of weight in 2020, it happened very fast. Unlike her I won’t edit myself I will work away at losing it. She can’t face up to being honest, she loves living a big lie.

It's very easy put on weight quickly on certain meds. I think people have been seeing her edit herself heavily for so long that it was actually probably a very gradual weight gain that wasn't easily copped because pics so photoshopped. She's still beautiful but she's obviously still battling her issues with her image. As someone who has suffered with disordered eating and illnesses that needed meds, I feel alot of empathy towards her. I've seen my weight go from tiny to way bigger in space of 16 months
Doesn't excuse her competition rigging nonsense, but maybe there is space to give her weight a break?

I disagree - as someone who had a severe eating disorder its people LIKE Joanne Larby who contribute to the image issues many people have. I am not saying she causes eating disorders but her portrayal of herself/her size contributes to that feeling of never feeling good enough for many people. Have you seen some of the images she put out there during her "gym" phase? - she looked phenomenal. But those images were completely unattainable as she was photoshopped to the hilt but she put it out there as reality. Vulnerable people get sucked in by that.

She was selling a total lie - sorry but duck her & all bloggers/celebrities like her. I don't care what size she is I think she is a dishonest liar who has been shown up as a scammer and charlatan more than once. No sympathy for her.

No I get where you are coming from, I guess I just was thinking how I'd feel if I was her reading this. . The dishonesty is her mainstay, she has been been photoshopping her life for years.

I'm sure she would feel like tit reading this thread (and I guarantee you she does read it) but I personally don't consider anything said here unfair. She puts herself out there in the public sphere as a blogger, makeup artist, fashionista, interior decorator, chef, fitness guru and god knows whats else. Thats all up for comment, good or bad. She is also very happy to milk that public persona for trips away and other shite - so you take the good with the bad.

Comments about her appearance are just that, comments about her appearance - part of her "brand" is her appearance. I don't think its realistic for everyone to think she looks great all the time. If she was a professional tennis player people would comment on her tennis playing - her image is her business, therefore people comment.
