Can you not see it in the Sold section of my home.ie.? I had a look but couldn’t see anything like it.
The dates beside the properties are the dates the sale was closed though, and she has the keys which means its sold and pretty up to date so who knowsTakes a few weeks for it to be published on PPR.
This is Joanne it’s the Nike running through her garden in west corkA stream…? Surely she means a babbling brook?
Land, it’s land she has now…well up as far as the boundary fence anywayThis is Joanne it’s the Nike running through her garden in west cork

Looking back on her grid, I see she has a picture of him sitting up in the cot early this month for a MAM giveaway. It’s not immediately clear that he’s sitting in the cot but you can see it in the colour photo. Tut tut!Ohhhh mum of the year has made an error there I think. River is on the move and can sit up unaided or so she would have us believe and look how high that cot mattress is. He could climb right out over that and really hurt himself.
Also duck off wanting lawn mower and milking stool recommendations!
Oh look she reads here
I closed and got keys late sept (wahoo) and it’s not up yetThe dates beside the properties are the dates the sale was closed though, and she has the keys which means its sold and pretty up to date so who knows
Agreed. Also, regarding the PPR, it can take months to appear on there. I am a regular stalker of the PPR for houses in my area! I think it depends on the solicitor submitting paperwork.

Don’t forget the alpacasWell I actually had a native local land historian come check out the ACRES before I even considered putting my hard earned coin down One can’t be too careful before I start growing my own organic vegetables and fruit and raising my own cow to sell milk to the locals ( beside obviously I wouldn’t give COW milk to my own precious child!)
God it makes me sick even typing that out as a joke
I think I have an idea too… how can we know if we are thinking of the same one???I’m pretty sure I know which property it is. It’s not up on the PPP yet.
Looks grand, dated kitchen and bathrooms and lots of pine. It was listed with the stables so dying to know what the story is there. Similar decor to our house when we bought actually. Of course no chance of Hyacinth Bucket owning it and having a laugh at the sauna like interior and “feature tiles” while they save up to redo it. We’ll have smoke and mirrors and cozy corners and filters to kill the orange in the pine! A bit of honesty and she’d be so much less unlikeable.
