GOB keeps telling her stans she was a paying customer of the green sludge. That's because it has been pushed heavily by influencer's.
It's like a pyramid scheme. As she looked at other flogger's and saw them pushing it, it was inevitable she would get involved. Now they pay her.
It's eye wateringly expensive.
Just look at the company founder. It's shocking. I hope those dopey enough to shell out will do their research.

What is this green sludge?

Oh ffs! 🤦🏻‍♀️ fools and their money are easily parted. Maybe we the are fools not to concoct and flog snake oil? Such easy money.

Indeed @secretsrsafe

Interesting reading about the dodgy guy who founded AG1. GOB says "it's from New Zealand" but doesn't mention the founder was found guilty of breaching the Fair Trading Act in NZ in relation to a rental property scheme. He quickly went to the states where he started this get rich biz.

Respected Canadian university McGill has this to say about the product:

And a New York Times article

GOB happily spouts the vague benefit that it gives her energy, but she's never bothered to share the fine print that should accompany such claims.

It all reminds me of Peter Foster using Sam Fox in the 80s for his weight loss tea. Clearly GOB, and all the other influencers on this grift, are comfortable promoting this sort of product and operation. Makes me think she must never turn down any sponsorship, this sort of scheme is the lowest and stinks of desperation. She knows this stuff is unnecessary and pricey but still tries to push it to her pathetically trusting stans.

It looks absolutely vile. I could gip just thinking about drinking it. Nobody should need this sort of supplement unless they have a condition and their doctor advises it. The rest of us can get all the vitamins and minerals we need from a balanced diet. I acknowledge that may not be the case for someone with an eating disorder.

Quail eggs are tiny and GOB says she just eats two for her breakfast and the other 4 throughout the day. I suspect the truth, if she eats em at all, is that two of the teeny tiny eggs constitute a full meal for GOB.

I am annoyed with the people on this forum!

Living in Ireland, I tend not to listen to BBC radio at night. But it appears that I’ve been missing out on something wonderful - Jo says her show on Friday and Saturday nights is the best radio in the country! How could you have neglected to mention this fact on here?

I thought she should have explained what rollmops are, for her international followers.

Loved the bit where she said “must tell Nadine Baggot…she’s a huge fan of Superdrug….as we all are, as we ALL are”

Glad to see she’s so enamoured with the new ‘not a collaboration’ (but sent to her as a gift by no less than the founder of the company) eyelash serum because it hasn’t got the nasty things in it (it’s not so long ago that she was shilling the other serum that does have ‘the nasty things’ in it.) .

🤣
We were remiss in not sharing this. Best radio in the country, more of her self-bigging-up. Her BS claims of having 5 million listeners can be refuted by some comparisons: Paul O'Grady used to get 2 million listeners and the current BBC 1 Breakfast show is 4.4million 🤣

Her radio show goes out to local stations in England and Wales only I think, maybe Channel Islands too. You can listen on BBC Sounds but not until the Olympics are finished, the BBC blocks it to other countries at that time. I don't mind Chewing the Fat if the guests are good, and there's the added bonus that you can mark your bingo card with another exampe of GOB chiming in to get shady mentions of her socials, paymasters and freebies.

She thinks she's doing these ads like an actress or model would, simply appearing as a hired bod or scripted voice for a fee.

But the glaring difference is that she vouches personally for everything, clutching her chest, saying one thing is a holy grail, another works miracles, she swears by this, blah blah all to get more clicks for more commissions. While faking sincerity, "my community trusts me".

Proper ads must adhere strictly to ASA guidelines but GOB rarely bothers with such responsibilities. Watch her YT or land on her Insta grid and you'll rarely see clearly when something is an ad. The few occasions where GOB flags a paid promotion seem to be for bigger companies, ones who know they'll be implicated if a content creator is not transparent so they put it in the contract.

After the news about Huw Edwards today I feel almost fond of the daft old bird. Her crime is vanity and flogging stuff to subs. She is benign in comparison to all the old men in tv. Edwards is a filthy pervert.

Huw E is appearing at Westminster magistrates on Marylebone Rd this morning.

There's this week's vlog, newshound GOB walking Myrtle, the Serco van arrives, get the vlogging camera out, clickbait thumbnail

His court appearance is tomorrow. Gives her another day to prepare. She is a top broadcaster, she should be trying to get an exclusive as it is in her manor.

There was a bit of a punch up with the paps. The midget 'journalist' would have got flattened. Anything for the flog. 'What's happening'? 'I'm with the BBC'. 'I work in a news room'. Kate Adie she ain't.
Vlog title 'No Shame In Marylebone'. Licence payer's paid for his exorbitant salary. GOB's too. What an insult.

Even more laughable, she cooks only two of the eggs. And eats one for breakfast, and one probably for supper (14 calories an egg, so we know why she suddenly loves them)

The quail egg thing was crazy. I think you're right, she uses a quail egg to replace a normal egg in a meal. Win-win, barely any calories and posher too.

She seems to think her pricey vitamin and mineral supplements make up for her poor diet. I can't imagine where she's getting the quality protein and good fats she needs, those flimsy muscles will be atrophying on her crumbling bones. Incredible that she took a food allergy blood test (at the Gozo hotel retreat), looking for reasons to avoid foods, when it'd be wiser to attend a reputable nutritionist to learn what she should be eating.

GOB was recommended co-enzyme Q10 by Dame Barbara Cartland many years ago and says she's taken it ever since. This seems to be working, Dame Barb looked 90 when she was 70 too. Admittedly she lived to 98, but her estate was valued at nil after debts and liabilities so there's something in common there. Her favourite charities and god children shouldn't get too excited.
