Just watched her new video I find the fashion bit really cringe, and that little girl song through it so Annoying. Why send mam brownies bet one didn't even touch her lips, god quite a lot annoyed me about this video the way she filmed the food in whole foods 😡

She doesn’t listen, the cabbie said it was going to rain at the weekend, a few moments later she told him it was going to rain at the weekend!

Her skin doesn’t look good for 67. It looks aged beyond her years. I have a relative the same age as her who uses Nivea and Dove on her face. She looks years younger than MAM. I think all that stuff onher face, all the chemicals and layers, has exacerbated the ageing.

That music was creepy. The woman she stopped in the black and white Ibizan dress, that’s mature style MAM. Not tents and breezeblocks.

That place where she stopped the young redhead in the Urban Outfitters dress was where a man once stopped me when I was 18, wearing a dowdy anorak and jeans, no make up, but told me I was a cocksucker. Ah, memories. (I mentioned anorak etc to show I wasn’t wearing a boob top and butt showing shorts.)

Shows how much she knows about her brand partner. Brownies delivered to celebrate 27yrs of Paula's Choice and idiot Jo is wanging on about Paula herself being such an inspirational woman, thanking her for her support - oblivious to the fact she should be thanking multinational Unilever who bought the company ages ago.

There's something creepy about her obsession with Wholefoods, and she's again comparing it to a Manhattan branch, which we guessed she might've visited a few times 15 years ago.

She's often spoken about her disordered eating so to see her film so much and talk about all the choice there only to come out with a few sticks of cut-up watermelon for herself is quite sad. Perhaps she is simply as miserly as we suspect. She bought strawberries too but they're to pay "my caretaker" Sandra for dog sitting.

Why does she have to appear "mainstream" for the Kensington meeting? A while ago here there was some discussion it might be for a dog exhibition or trade show or similar. So does she actually have the gig? She did say it was a second meeting so maybe she's still pitching. Or needs the keep the same look for continuity perhaps.

When that's done she can get the Michelle William's cut. I bet the likeness will be uncanny.

The outfit she chose was certainly not mainstream. Bold patterned and baggy. It was certainly not traditional business meeting clothes.

I reckon she has got a gig advertising Stannah stair lifts.

I have been to the Wholefoods in Manhattan, to the one in Kensington High Street loads of times, and the one in Piccadilly too. Clearly I am a special person who should start a vlog too.

Just bought myself a really flouncy top today, just need a couple of breeze blocks and away I go.

Felipe…..

PS - I could have done without dogs arse on show.

Very probably. Attention to detail is not her strong point.
These are the next letters she will be buying.
ILEEP

I wonder if F sees how much she spends on clothes and thinks, you are one tight ol woman?
I'd love to know what she pays him. He was a student when she engaged him several years ago, I bet she offered NMW at the 18-20 year old rate and thought he should be grateful. I wonder if he's been smart enough to renegotiate.

Wow MAM had a mouse in her other flat (same complex). I wonder how the mouse got in that far up. The apartments look pristine. Does anyone remember if she mentioned it on a Vlog? I only started watching the Vlogs just before she moved. I wonder if she got Matilda to catch it. Perhaps that is how she got upgraded to the new flat, by complaining to the landlady. I never ever though flats would have mice considering how many floors up they are.

Mice and rats are great climbers. Jo lives in a very old block of flats, even though the apartments and communal areas (the latter thanks to Sandra & Jim) look and are kept pristine, it's the old walls and pipework that allow mice to run around freely throughout the building.

No idea why Jo got Matilda but I doubt it was anything to do with mice, she could have got a cat instead. That said, who knows why she does what she does?

As for changing flats, I stand to be corrected here, but I don't know about an upgrade. As far as I'm aware, she owns two flats in the same block. When she moved to the top flat, I believe that was just rented. This is when she had a landlady who decided to sell the flat so Jo returned downstairs to one of her own properties.

Once again, apologies if I am missing the correct facts.

I have looked for the email but as I was some time ago, I must have deleted it. So sorry.
Thanks for looking.

I didn't know she owned two flats! She only mentions one in the Vlog I have seen. I thought the flat she lives in now is also rented from the same lady.

I don't think I could live in a building that had mice. I would become a nervous wreck. I will say though that MAM's kitchen always looks very clean....but then again that could be because she barely cooks!

I'm now questioning myself as I could have been talking rubbish! Unless I've missed something since I was last here, she still owns the flat 'below' and the flat she is now living in. I don't think either are rented.

This is what happens to night owls such as ourselves, we have to wait for the morning birds to confirm details :D

Yes, her kitchen worktops look clean as she rarely cooks, but what about the sink? Do you remember the joke that she left a porridge saucepan in her sink for ages as she didn't know how to clean it?

Hmmm now you have got me questioning it. I haven't seen the (Portugese?) lady that she rented off in any of the Vlogs recently. If I remember right, she said she had to wait for the flat on the top floor. It would make sense for her to live in the one she owns!

I have not heard about the porridge saucepan! Porridge can easily burn in the pan and be a nightmare to remove though. I reckon she has Ottolenghi pans, designer ofcourse.
