Didn't he say a little while back that now he has achieved his "dream" of being a woman that he didn't need any more surgeries? He will die on an operating table...

He's become a very mentally unwell person (and physically unwell too probably). There's no way any surgeon should be operating on him. But in Turkey anything goes, apparently. Tragic.
 
He must of had every cosmetic surgery multiple times by now, can you imagine all the scar tissue?! Just scars ontop of scars ontop of scars. Unfiltered, no make up, he must look like a melted candle. No amount of cosmetic procedures or surgery will fix that.

All that surgery and money to look an absolute mess. Surprised he isn't dead yet, either on the operating table in Turkey or due to pain med overdose.

Honestly that third picture gets me every time. It doesn’t even look like he has two nostrils anymore, just one hole now!!!! (it may be swelling or the camera angle I guess) Like I said before I’m getting Westbrook vibes. I’m wonder if his septum is just disintegrating due to the constant surgeries!

The thing is, the first photo is unfiltered, the others are completely filtered. It is my guess that Alves still looks like the unfiltered first photo.
